We took our Doodle mix in for his summer cut and they found a few of those dreaded foxtails, a couple of them had embedded themselves into his skin, Tali's team made the extra effort to remove them saving us a trip to the Vet! I am very disappointed with my experience…read more I was charged an additional $10 because they claimed my dog was "difficult." My dog is one of the sweetest and friendliest dogs, especially around people. We bathe him ourselves at home without any issues, and no other groomer has ever described him as difficult. It feels like this was simply an excuse to add an extra charge. To make matters worse, they also wanted to charge me for daycare because they said I didn't pick him up on time. I was actually waiting for a text or phone call to let me know he was ready, but I never received either. Instead, I was the one who had to call and text them to ask if he was finished. When I finally reached them, they claimed they had already texted me and said I would be charged for daycare. This entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Charging extra fees based on questionable reasons and poor communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this groomer based on my experience.

During the hot summer months his under coat can mat and cleaning him up can be a real workout. Anyway, fast forwarding.... In the middle of the groom session he called me to come pick up my dogs because he couldn't handle it. He 1/2 way shaved down one of my dogs to the skin and did not touch the other. So I picked up my 1/2 shaven, naked & butchered dog and my untouched dog. If he didn't understand the assignment, he shouldn't have taken the job. I called another groomer and explained the same thing and the situation and the other groomer took me right away and had my dogs looking and smelling nice in no time. It was as if it was nothing for her. Found my new groomer!!!

I took my fur baby this morning to get her nails trimmed and completely forgot that it was cash only. I told the kind woman behind the counter I would be right back as I had forgotten. I'd rather take my little pup to George than the big chain. More power to the mom n pop biz like this one. Your little one will get more genuine love and attention here. The second George greeted us at the door my baby loved him. She doesn't do that for everyone. And he gave her even more love in return. Even though this is maybe $10 more than I wanted to pay, I will definitely be turning into a regular since it's close to my home, and they're open 7 days a week, and he's quick. As the proud co-father of 2 Labs who love to find mischief in the yard, I absolutely love that I can run them down and make a mess of someones else's place while cleaning them up. I feel bad letting the Labs make a mess at Bubbles but that's the joy of what they offer.

It states "Master Groomer" on the window. Nothing could be further from the truth…read more While I am sure many of her "regular" customers will stand for her not paying attention to what is asked to be done with their dogs' grooming, for those of you who are even CONSIDERING going here, find somewhere else. Unless that is, you like darker, older, crowded places where they put your dog in stacked crates in a room with little to no ventilation, and they give your dog to an assistant groomer to do and charge premium prices. We brought our 2 Lhasas in previously, and provided pictures and EXPLICIT details on what we needed done, both in person and by text, so she would have written record for each as well as what they should look like when finished. She does NOT pay attention to you, nor does she remember any part of the conversation. She always is in a hurry and seems distracted. When we went to check on them to see if they were ready while in the area, our female, who was in beautiful gold full show coat, had been BUTCHERED. They must have cut at least 6-7 inches of her beautiful coat off using a clipper, ruined her legs, bib, did not blend anything. When asked what she had done, she said "You told me last time it was not short enough, so to take it shorter." I told her that was for the BOY, not her. Proof is in the texts, the discussion, and the pictures showing her full coat, and him in a modified teddy bear cut. "What do you want me to do, I can't put it back on." what a HACK. To make things worse, as I left I overheard her and her assistant, who I am sure was given the task of hacking her up for practice, talking and trying to put the blame on us. "I wont charge you". GREAT, thanks! Take responsibility for your lousy work. Maybe its time to retire or just stick with dogs you need to wash. And for those of you who are even considering going here, she will not quote you a price on the phone, and her washes start in the $80 range, not to mention more expensive for the full hacking, I mean grooming, experience.
