Our 5 month old puppy, Sadie, was in need of a haircut. My husband and I spoke to several groomers, most of whom said they would not groom beyond bath, face trim and nails first time. Lauren arrived on time, came out and sat with Sadie and I, held Sadie for a bit and gave us all a tour of her immaculate and cheerful grooming van. We left Sadie in her care. Lately, it's not easy to get a mobile grooming appointment. Lauren, of Alpha Mobile Grooming, is a very busy woman, but she squeezed me in. Good thing, because I was pretty desperate. Lauren asked me all of the appropriate questions, and stayed in touch until it was the day of the appointment. She was a bit early, which was great, and let me know that she would arrive in about 10 minutes. Lauren arrived in her well equipped, state-of-the-art van, and took both of my dogs at the same time, so they could become comfortable. She told me that it would take about two hours, but it was not that long. She let me know that she was finished. I had her shave both girls, since it had been too long since their last grooming. She did a great job with them, and her pricing is very reasonable. Now that I've found Lauren, the girls (shih tzu and cavapoo) will have a regular grooming. Recommend highly. read more

We just had our 6 month old puppies professionally groomed for the first time and we hit the jackpot with Alpha Mobile (recommended by our vet). Lauren is amazing. She is attentive, communicative, she loves dogs and mine sure seemed to love her!!! Fantastic experience with Lauren! Murphy Girl looks beautiful and Lauren was able to do her feet and the inside of her ears with no problem! Lauren was also killed be enough to fit us in very quickly despite how busy she is. She's a little expensive but she understood exactly what I liked, her mobile spa is impeccable and Murphy was not at all upset by the session. Looking forward to seeing her again! read more

Lauren is absolutely amazing. My almost 12 year old dog has been turned away from vets because he is afraid of strangers, so he becomes aggressive. I've never even attempted to have him groomed. I came to Lauren years ago when my Westie wouldnt let anyone touch his paws to trim his nails after having a bad experience at a vet. Lauren made me feel comfortable she wasn't gonna push him past his comfort and I handed him over. She worked her magic and Years later she is my go to groomer from that day forward. Not only does she do all my dogs - all rescues that come from pretty troubling backgrounds and are NOT easy- she's done many rescue dogs I've brought to her that I was trying to get adopted working with a rescue. She's come through for every single dog or challenge I've given her without batting a lash. She's not scared to talk baby talk and be goofy with each one to make them comfortable, like all good doggy parents do. She is a class act and I would never go anywhere else! Not returning business calls within 24 hours is poor customer service and unacceptable to basic business standards. If I could give 100 stars I would! I am so pleased with Lauren's work. She is so kind and gentle. She really takes her time and is so professional. My dogs skin is very sensitive to clippers so I asked for a scissors cut which Lauren mastered beautifully. Not only is her work exceptional, her van is fully equipped and clean. It's obvious she takes immense pride in her work. When I thought it couldn't get any better, Lauren showed me some photos she captured of my dog when she was done. The pictures are so cute!!! Lauren has been grooming my dogs for over four years, and I wouldn't use anyone else. Although they may run the other way when she gets here (typical for dogs to do when they know they'll be bathed), they strut back in proudly when she's finished. Lauren is Amazing! I cannot recommend her enough! I have a poodle mix who doesn't shed and needs regular grooming. He is a rescue and gets stressed by new situations and people who don't understand how to relate to him. Unfortunately, He also gets matted pretty easily . Lauren knows exactly what to do to keep him calm, handsome and makes the visits STRESS FREE for both me and my boy! I am pretty specific about how I want different parts cut (really short around the eyes because he tears easily) and Lauren always delivers!
