I walked in on a Saturday morning and the lady I got was very nice and quick. She did my nails perfectly. Very nice people I will go back there again. Thank you very much. read more

Very nice, wonderful work I'm glad I found Amy's nail salon. I'm for sure I won't be going anywhere else.

I absolutely love going here. I have a wonderful experience everytime. I come here for both manicures and pedicures. They are down to earth, kind, talented and have always been very friendly. I have never walked out disappointed. I highly recommend coming here. read more

Had a dip manicure today & it was the WORST ONE EVER!! The girl paid no attention to me because she was texting on her phone most the time. My nails look luke shit. Needless to say I won't ever go back & she got $0 for a tip. Your loss Holly! read more

I had the best experience. I walked in not knowing if I needed new nails or just a fill. She was helpful and quick. It took about 45 minutes. She blended the acrylics with my natural nail better than had been done previously. They don't look like acrylics at all I will definitely be back read more

I've been coming here for years. They do a great job, want to make sure you're happy, if there are any problems they will fix them. Sometimes the wait is long yes, but that's because they have a lot of clientele who are also happy. read more

I've gone to Amy's nails for years and have been completely satisfied! As a matter of fact, 2 weeks ago when they were on vacation, I had to go elsewhere and I gotta say, I'll never go anywhere else again. With that being said, if you have a special occasion, go see them! My son's wedding is this weekend and the ombré nails Amy did was fantastic! read more

Contrary to what the front door says (9:30), their open time is 9am. I arrived this morning at 10 after, there were already about 4 customers ahead of me & only 3 nail techs on staff. It was 45 minutes before I was even asked what services I wanted rendered. And it wasn't until about an hour after my arrival, that I was FINALLY led back to a pedicure chair to get my feet soaking. I sat so long unattended in the pedicure chair that the water actually went cold & the jets shut off automatically. Ridiculous!! At 11:00, after 2 hours of waiting, I was finally waited on. After my pedicure was finished, I sat waiting an additional 10 minutes in the same chair before being transferred to one of the manicure stations. Meanwhile, techs r bopping around randomly trying to show their attention to numerous clients. As I watched my nails being done (I wanted basic shellac w/ French tips), I had to point out several nails with inconsistent filing & uneven nails that needed corrected. Once it was all said and done, I was satisfied enough. But in all, my time is valuable. Today was my ONE day off work to accomplish all of the things I cannot manage during the busy week. I spent over 3 hours at the salon. I was also forced to reschedule an appointment to a later time because of my wait at Amy's today. If u want good work, ask for Amy, Kim, or (my personal fave) Holly. Avoid Bruce, as he can be very abrasive & rough. Try to go during the weekdays AM when its dead.. avoid this place like the plague just before the weekend! read more

Horrible service! I'm sitting here waiting for my turn to get a pedicure waited about 15 minutes, someone come available start my pedicure without even asking what kind I wanted ! There was a lady next to me she had been getting her pedicure way before they started mine n tell me why I was done before her !!!!!!! read more

Love this salon, they take their time with both mannys and peddies! Finished work is fabulous! I keep going back.

This was my first time in their salon, I got a pedicure and then had my nails done as well. I even received a Christmas gift at check out. I will definitely be back. read more

WOULD NOT! recommend coming here one bit. I had a bad experience with my manicure years back but, I gave it a second shot with my pedicure and unfortunately, it was the same disappointment. My service was done by amys husband and he rushed on my pedicure and lacked in so much effort into actually taking the time to clean my entire cuticles. I watched him focus more on his cellular device, watching the stocks and trades screen MULTIPLE times during my pedicure. The painting of my toes were also bad which wasn't surprisingly seeing how little of attention he was actually giving to my service. Won't ever return. read more

Very disappointed in this nail salon. I got my nails done (gel polish) before vacation. Two days later they are lifting on all the edges. I spoke with one of their techs explaining the issue. He said he would fix them if I could come in before 3 days of getting them done. I had to explain to him several times I was on vacation and could not get there in the allotted time, he was not helpful at all in even trying to understand I would not be able to get the in 3 days to get them fixed and pretty much told sorry about my luck. Will not go back. read more

Been going to this family since 2012. Best place I have been to hands down. My nails always lasted 3+ weeks.

This isn't my normal salon but a friend recommended it, and it was not a good experience for me. I got acrylics and the prepping that she did before she put them on was terrible. There was residue left on my nails at the end and glue left on my skin. The nail tech was rude to top it off. Overall wouldn't go again. read more

My friend and I went here a few days ago (I wanted a pedicure and my girlfriend a fill and color). First off not a real welcoming greeting but not a huge deal. Then from there it felt completely rushed. I don't think my feet were in the water for more than 5 minutes in total my feet were under the dryer longer. But she got the job done(maybe spoke 5 words to me the entire time kinda awkward) just wasn't the relaxing experience I had hoped for. Massage chair was nice appreciated the hot stone but that was also short lived) My girlfriend didn't care for the nail work (shaping or paint job). Probably won't return. read more

So disappointed. I have never not tipped - today was the first. Went in for dip and she not only took off the old dip, did my nails, extremely sloppy, and dry time = 25minutes. That would have been nice if my nails weren't stuck to my fingers and if I didn't have blue polish all on my fingers. Done. Done. Done. So many other options out there. Will not be back. I need a 4.5 option.... This place is everything the reviews say it is. I called a few days before I wanted to stop in and explained that my son was getting married that coming weekend and I wanted to stop in with the mother of the bride to get a little bit of pampering done. The lady on the phone said they didn't take reservations, but to come about 30 minutes before they opened and it wouldn't be a problem to get started right away. I almost forgot to mention that this was the 3rd week in August 2106... the Friday morning before the BIG day. Momma of the Bride and Momma of the Groom were treated to a fabulous experience. Hot rocks, hand and foot massages and shellec polish to boot. Highly recommend. I wish I were a smidge closer than I am, but I will make the effort to stop in again before the holidays. I'll be ready for it!! read more

I LOVE going here for my manicures! They always do an amazing job! The powder dip color selection is amazing!

Been going to Amy for almost 10 years now, truly love the staff and love their services. Wish they could find reinforcement to not wait as long. But definitely recommend. read more

Long wait with only three people working. No tipping on your card, but conveniently they have their own ATM. When I asked for change for a tip from $20 I was given one $10 and two $5s. My nails looked decent, but rushed. I won't go back. read more

I got this gel manicure (nude polish picture) a couple weeks ago at Amy's Nails and was completely dissatisfied. The technician was sloppy leaving my cuticles to look scrappy. There were also deep grooves in some of my nails from the brush strokes, he didn't even take the time to make sure the coats were smooth. Worst manicure ever! read more

I had a great experience with the manicurist, but after a year of COVID, they wouldn't take my gift card that "expired" yesterday. They were closed yesterday. I will not be returning. read more

Horrible, horrible experience. I went there to get my acrylics removed (that they put on and filled once) and the nail tech ripped off the acrylic nail without soaking them or anything. It was so painful. I was saying ow and he'd just say sorry but keep going. My nails were throbbing afterward and are now completely torn up and I get married in four weeks!!!! The acrylic nails they did weren't great but tolerable for the price. However, you get what you pay for and I won't be going back. read more

I had the worst experience ever last Wednesday when I was intown visiting my family. I first got my pedi done, when I sat down the guy started right away and I didn't even get to soak my feet and then when the guy scrubbed my legs with an exfoliant it felt like he was using sandpaper. I have never had a scrub hurt so bad... Then he used a hot towel on one foot but not the other. He didn't even scrub my feet to get the dead skin off.... anyways I should have asked for someone new to do my nails but I didn't want to be rude. For my mani, I got a full powder set with tips. It turned out awful, I politely was asking him to fix the nails in the places I didn't like and I explained to him that the shape of the nails were very inconsistent. None of them looked the same at all. Normally when I get my nails done they buff and file them for a while making sure the tops of the nails are smooth. That was not the case here. When I was asking him to fix.... again nicely... He got mad and said "Ill just take them off for you" I told him NO and that I just wanted him to file them more, then he said that he didn't know what I wanted, so I literally took his finger and rubbed it on the nails so he could feel how bumpy they were on top and he files like 3 nails, painted the top coat, set a 5 minute timer to have them dry, took his phone that he was watching under his desk the WHOLE time he did my nails, went to the back and never came back. Someone else had to check me out and I then had to ask that lady to take off the residue that was all over my fingerprints.... that again I have never had left on me before. They then turn around and charged me $70....That same day not even 2 hours later I had CRACKS in some of my nails... I will never go back and I had to go elsewhere back at my hometown to get them taken off and fixed because at that point I didn't trust them enough to take them off and not ruin my real nails. read more

The WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! People are SO RUDE!! Terrible job on my nails, total waste of money. Every nail is uneven, and the whole process felt rush. 0/10, will never spend my money on this place again. Telling my friends and family what a terrible job they've done. read more

Great place for a pedicure! I love that they use hot rocks and take their time for a regular pedicure. Their shellac lasts long and their prices are reasonable. The only downfall I would say is that they sometimes do your mani and pedi at the same time, not my favorite, so I tend to space mine out. The owners are also very nice and friendly. I would also recommend going between Monday and Thursday. They become VERY crowded Friday and Saturday and don't feel it's as nice. read more

I've been trying to get my nails done for two days at Amy's. The regular girl who does mine is not there and the man refused to do them. I have been a customer for quite some time dealing with the fact that they say they open up at 9:30 but half of the time they're there at nine. And sometimes they just don't open at all. I would certainly not recommend this place due to lack of customer satisfaction and customer care. read more

I was mistreated and didn't get what I asked for. The filing job was terrible, and there were globs of polish on my nails and parts of them looked like they had nothing on it cause you could see everything underneath. They were so rushed that it seemed like my presence wasn't valued there and they just wanted to be done and go to the next one instead of doing a nice job. read more

I made an appointment 3 days prior the day I was going on for myself & 2 friends. We show up on time at 10am & tell them we have an appointment at 10am for 3 pedicures. They didn't acknowledge that at all & let 3 other girls that walked in before us get seated & worked on first. They then sat us 5 minutes later & we soaked our feet for 30 minutes & decided to get up & leave because it was getting ridiculous. It was like us 3 were invisible. They didn't try stopping us to get our business or apologize. We will never be back to Amy Nails. We ended up at Tip n Toes down the street & they got us in right away & they were 3 times as busy as what Amy Nails was. read more

this was my favorite place until recently when i went in for a fill. The man who works in there was working on my nails and was nicking my cuticles a couple times with the sander-filer power tool that they use. After the 3rd time, i said "ouch, that hurts " and politely asked him to please stop doing that. He threw his chair back, glared at me, and in a loud angry voice, ordered me out of his store., with my nails 1/2 done. i was obviously stunned, asked him why and he once again lyelled loudly ordering me to leave, inserting very foul language. i started crying because i was very afraid of him and his temper, and couldn't understand what i had done to be asked to leave. so I walked outside and pulled out my cellphone, he came storming out the front door still yelling me to get off his property and to leave, still using vulgar language. I tried to ask Amy what i had done, she would not speak to me or defend me. Everyone in the store appeared scared and very frightened.,, including Amy. no one would talk. It was a very scary and frightening experience. The rage of this man was insane and out of control. All because I said "ouch"???? I will never return there, and i will never give a good review for Amy Nails again. In fact, many of my friends are already vowing to never go there again because of what happened to me. A very frightening experience! read more

I have gone to Amy Nail since the winter of 2015 and I have taken friends for both pedicures and manicures. But since my recent visit of 6-17-15 I have experienced problems with my nails that I should not have experienced with gel color. The problem began two days after my nails were done but since I live in another state and my work duties as a professional I was not able to return to the nail salon until Tuesday. I informed Max what had transpired on an already compromised nail the polish had come off and completed the tear of distal nail and 2 other nails from the other hand had lost 1/3 to 1/2 of the polish. At this visit I asked Max to redo all the nails since the problem would most likely re-occur. I told him the polish was applied when the nails were wet. I wanted no further surprises given my son wedding but he had one of his associates repair only the nails with the visible defect. As I feared that night the right ring finger nail polish came off in 2 pieces and the polish on my right index finger is cracking on the tip. I called on 6-24-15 and I informed Max of the problems and asked Max if he was not going to fix all the nails then please return my money. He then began to say that I had gone home and deliberately picked at my nails. He kept saying this over and over despite my protest that I am a professional and I have no time for "games" especially with all the preparations for an upcoming wedding. He continued to accuse me as before and I pointed out to him that on all my previous visits I did not have this problem why now? Max continued to accuse me of picking my nails and if that were case I would have fragments since gel adheres to the nail but the pieces do not support his contention since the polish came off in essentially one to two pieces. In conclusion I cannot recommend Amy Nails to anyone and please understand I would not have written about this experience except for Max continued accusations that I was the source of the problem. ur review helps others learn about great local businesses.
