Both Bailey and Dimitri at the front desk told me they never received the new order, so I carried it in there myself and once again they lied straight to my face and said there was no insurance approval. I called my insurance again to verify I had been approved and once again approval had been verified. The office staff here went from treating me like a VIP to absolute garbage because they don't want to do their jobs. Why would I want to do that when I finally received Pre-Authorization for In-Network benefits from my insurance company????? Money-grub much?
