As the spouse of a physical therapy patient who has spent many hours over the past six years at three different physical therapy facilities with my wife, APT is far and away the best facility we have gone to. From the front office staff to the techs to the therapists to the owners there is a respect for each other that creates a warm and positive atmosphere making you feel comfortable and secure. More importantly though is the respect the therapists have for each other. They are very professional in how they treat each other and in how they treat their patients. Each patient is treated with a gentleness that makes them feel at ease, but yet with a firmness that allows them to accomplish the therapy needed by the patient. The therapists my wife had listens to how she is feeling at the beginning of the session and during the session to make sure they don't push her to hard, but yet get her through a complete session. I (we) really appreciate that there is very little overlap with patients. Your therapist is with you and only you for the majority of your treatment session. This is not the case at all PT facilities. IT IS VERY EVIDENT THE ARLINGTON PHYSICAL THERAPY OFFICE WAS BUILT WITH GOD's LOVE. In September 2017, I visited my neurologist complaining of neck pain probably caused by years of poor posture and sleeping in the prone position. The neurologist ordered a MRI and after reviewing the results, recommended a consultation with a Fort Worth neurosurgeon for a possible operation. However, on second thought, the neurologist recommended physical therapy first with an operation as a last resort. I met the folks at Arlington Physical Therapy in October 2017. After multiple sessions, my neck and cervical spine are much improved with my pain level improving from a 5 to 0. Key to my recovery was the excellent education I received from therapists Ana Maria and Josh and my dedication to exercising in accordance with their instructions. They taught me how to exercise to improve my posture, strength and endurance. The success I received from them regarding my neck led me back to them in February 2018 to address lower back pain I was experiencing which was worsening as I age. I was given new exercises to target my entire spine. I feel 10 years younger and no longer experience pain in my neck or lower back. I am very fortunate to have met Ana Maria and Josh and I really appreciate the Christian environment they provide. Worth every dollar! I had a laminectomy/microdiscectomy in December of 2017 and began therapy in mid-January of 2018 and in just five short weeks I have been transformed! I cannot believe how far I have come along in such a short period of time. Arlington Physical Therapy is like no other rehabilitative facility I have ever frequented. They literally cater to your every need. They take as much time with you as necessary and make sure you are progressing properly before moving on to the next phase in your treatment. They are very patient and thorough and communicate every facet of not only what and how, but why they are prescribing the specific exercises that are designed to get you back to doing the things you enjoy! I still have one more week to go and I have to say that I have never been sad that my care is about to end but this time will be completely different. I will genuinely miss seeing Ana Maria and Guillermo and Kristi and Stephen and the amazing staff that is always helpful and cheerful. Family owned, always treated by the therapist instead of being handled by a PTA. They demonstrated exercise and provided literature to do exercises at home so every minute of my appointment is spent with massage, manipulation, stretching, and any other therapy needed, my appointment time isn't spend sitting on a stationary bike or sitting on a exercise ball doing neck stretches. I don't know why any one would go anywhere else. So unlike any other place I've been sent. My physician sent me to a larger facility on I-20 & Little rd. I asked if there was any other place I could maybe go to, they referred me Arlington Physical Therapy, difference was like night & day. My best Physical Therapy experience ever (and I've had many in my 70 years). Everyone (I mean everyone) is so very friendly. With all the patients they see, I know they can't remember everyone's name. But yet, the entire staff makes an extra effort to know who is there at any given time - and they all great you by first name. But even more importantly, is the type of care you receive. Although you may see different Therapist during different appointments, they take time to review your chart - so that you can get the best exercises, massages, therapies, etc, without aggravating your pain. When I was waiting in the doctor's office to schedule my knee replacement there were 6 other patients there that were in therapy because of various orthopedic surgeries. Four of the patients were doing or have done their therapy at Arlington Physical Therapy. The four of them had worked some with Steve and strongly suggested I try him as my therapist. I talked with Steve after my surgery and had him as my therapist for my knee rehab. Steve encouraged me when I was frustrated and wanted to give up. He was excited with me when I was completing my goals I set for myself. Steve took time to explain to my husband how to help me with my exercises at home. My experience at Arlington Physical Therapy was an amazing experience. I had just moved from Louisiana to Texas and was in need of a Physical therapist due to my pregnancy. Not knowing much about the city my Dr recommend that I went there to receive therapy. My first appointment was a great experience everyone was friendly and welcoming. I gain a lot of knowledge on how to maintain throughout the rest of my pregnancy and the pain that I started with when I first arrived was gone within weeks. Was taking my friend in for therapy and they asked me why I was limping and I said I didn't realize I was. They did a quick check and found I had a severely damaged Achilles tendon and referred me to a surgeon for corrective surgery After surgery I came back and had high goals for recovery and rehabilitation with a goal of getting back to running again. Within 6 months of therapy I was able to run-walk and I couldn't be more pleased. No more limping no more pain and increased strength every day. I have been to Arlington Physical Therapy twice, each time after a hip replacement surgery. I was seen by the owners and also another gentleman that I can't recall his name. I never had to wait long to be seen when I went. They always listened carefully to my concerns and addressed each issue. My rehab went perfectly and I was very pleased with the results. I felt like the entire office treated me like family. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so. If ever I need to get PT again I would go there in a heartbeat. read more

They are just the best. Everyone is very nice and the facility is clean, quiet, and not crowded. They are very accommodating to your concerns and they are all very knowledgeable. I went for several months and every single time, the receptionists were very nice, the therapists were friendly and professional, and the support staff were all really pleasant. I have been helped by Arlington Physical Therapy twice now. Both times after surgical procedures. This last time, I broke my tibial plateau in 5 pieces. I was put together with titanium. I really did not think I would be able to walk property ever again. The pain was still very intense. But with Christie and especially Stephen's help, I am almost as good as new! I have needed therapy on two seperate occasions. All the staff seem to be very knowledgeable and make me feel relaxed while they are working on me. When I came in I had a terrible headache from a bulging disc in my neck but after the first visit with Steve, my headache is gone and I am feeling much better now and the pain in my neck is about gone with the treatments I have received. I have used Arlington Physical Therapy twice. The first time was after a bilateral (double) knee replacement and the second time was after a revision of one knee's replacement. The therapists were caring and helpful. I recovered much faster than I thought I would with very little pain. Workkng with the staff at Arlington Physical Therapy had been a wonderful experience. The sessions have helped me tremendously.
