So the business responded to me to tell me how their unit had special accessories. Mine must be missing some. Mine had nothing but the unit, no extra pads (I bought my own or I got a pair from them as needed). Online, the unit retails from a medical supply site for less than 40.00. As you can see, they will find any way to justify their exorbitant fees and charges. The tape they use can be purchased on Amazon or a med supply site for less. When you are in pain and needing help, the worst thing is having a provider that is fleecing you at every opportunity for their profit. It is shameful and especially when you end up spending more to heal because they were ineffective with their services. No one charges 500.00 for a basic TENS unit. Well, no one but them. read more

Waited an hour and a half. Receptionist said she couldn't confirm our insurance benefits. We called for them and had no problem figuring it out. My wife was in an accident and we didn't know what to do. After our insurance adjuster suggested a medical evaluation, it made sense to seek a chiropractor. At this time, the office had Dr. Skinner who treated my wife and was very professional and gentle with her injured body. She has completed her treatment and feels great now with no more headaches. The whiplash is gone. We have since used the chiropractor for maintenance or adjustments and still love the office. The front desk, therapy, massage therapist and Dr. Mcree are all fantastic and we've even met the owner a couple times. I walked into this "walk-in" chiropractor office in the middle of July, 2014. The receptionist was pleasant but the male worker, possibly the PT, was not kind at all. I had been in pain for some time and had tried ice, heat, massage therapy, etc. and was seeking help. I was treated like someone who had no financial resources to'afford' their services. I enjoyed my visits, the professionalism, educational process was good and also the therapy but definitely not my first rodeo in this chiropractic industry. I didn't like how I was supposed to purchase my own electro machine through them even though I felt I didn't need it because I know I wouldn't use it. It was highly pushed on me which I declined and I was told I would automatically be billed for it even though I brought it back. I didn't like being billed nearly $90 on average per visit for soft tape being placed on my upper back. I don't believe the service given was no where near the amount I was being charged at the end of the day. Won't be back here! read more

I came in to see if an adjustment would help my headaches and migraines. I was having them for 2 weeks straight and with just one adjustment it got rid of them!!! And they stayed gone, it was all coming from a stiff neck, I was so relieved because medicine was not getting rid of them. I had went in initially because I had back pain from an accident. I went for two months and didn't recover. Any time I asked the dr questions about why I wasn't recovering he would get arrogant say how's been doing this for 20-something years and it was because I didn't go in enough. He didn't do any adjustments instead he's have me go to pain management and they'd give me shots (which breaks down your bone) He never told me what my diagnostic was. All he did was give me the tense unit and those bed massagers. If I missed, they'd call me my husband and my lawyer. They're all just money hungry. The lawyers just as bad. They all have bad attitudes except the office staaff. They take advantage of people in pain who are naive. They pressure you and misconceive you. They don't care about your needs the dr don't care about your well being just about the case. He put lies on my transfer papers. Please please look at this place and go somewhere else. Brewer Chiropractic is Great!  This was my first time to ever go to a Chiropractor and the office staff were all so friendly and helpful.
