Ask for Carissa!! I asked if I could use my own epsom salt & essential oil for the foot bath, and…read moreshe said ok. She made sure I was comfortable with the foot bath temperature before beginning. Carissa started with soft pressure and slowly increased and always listened if I needed a firmer or lighter touch. She will gently help stretch your hips, legs, ankles, and shoulders after massaging each area, and she listens if you need a break from the stretch. The only thing I did NOT like was that she tried to crack my back for me, so I asked her to stop. The scalp massage at the end was also very relaxing. She did not ask for tip up front like the other girls do, so I asked her to run my card again for a tip afterward. (I really don't like that the other staff want their tip up front! It should be based on the service!) After my last visit, this was a much better experience with Carissa! I will call and specifically book with her again. Covid concerns: They socially distance their clients, staff and clients must wear masks, clients must use hand sanitizer upon entry, staff wear gloves for the entire service.

Masseuse Amy asked that I give her a chance to earn my trust. From the start Amy has worked with me to determine proper levels of attention to chronic back pains and muscle tension. She listens and applies the attention and techniques I require at each visit. And I add the therapist are polite and give a warm welcome. My only concern is they're a small spa and when busy the masseuse are required to check walk ins and answer the phone. But overall Silk Touch & Amy specifically are hidden gems.

The 90 minutes massage in a couple's room was pleasant- the 2 masseuse did a good job; not too much talking so we can relax and enjoy the experience. We got the hot stones too. My partner said his masseuse has strong hands! We wanted to buy the 60 minutes packages of 3 at discounted rate after but the manager was gone for the evening when we came out. We like to treat ourselves once a month and I think we will come back here again. It is also close to our house.

I admired her work and service so I tried to book an appointment for a toner in advance. She messaged back saying she was unable to receive my Google texts because it was down. So she arranged appt, and she cancels it one hour before the time. Ok life happens, so I was understandable, and she said she would reach out to me to reschedule. After countless Google texts, texts to her phone and Instagram, she doesn't respond ever. So I gave up now. This is so unprofessional. Pretty sad because I'm Vietnamese and wanted to support another. The salon is clean and nice, but Brandy doesn't respond. Why even bother scheduling appointments and canceling or lie. Just say respond no or something. She posts daily on instagram with open slots and stories so everything seems fine and dandy.
