After they ran up an xray bill to hit my insurance, they made a half-hearted attempt at an adjustment that did very little other than some light stretching I could/should have just done at home. They quickly transitioned to an ineffective TENS unit that I mentioned simply does not and will not work for me, then sent me home in the exact same condition more or less(improved from the stretching and BS adjustment/inflamed and cramping from the TENS unit). Desperate and STILL in pain after they sent me home, I went to a competitor, who acted with a real sense of urgency to alleviate the pain and were happy to communicate with and treat me. Given the high ratings and how wicked, awesome Christy at the front desk was, I cannot help but feel extremely disappointed and would also still feel...well...much pain if there weren't many alternatives in this area. The other reviews simply baffle and upset me - why did they get such great service? The office is nice, the staff is sweet, only good vibes from this office! They are an out of network chiropractor practice, which means that instead of going in and cracking your back for five minutes and leaving, they spend a half hour to hour with you individually assessing concerns and coming up with a treatment path that will resolve your issue. They both said that their goal was to get me feeling better in as few appointments as possible, and that was totally achieved. I went for three appointments and I'm almost completely back to normal. This was a borderline miracle, Yelp homies. Dr. Hapka was able to tell me exactly what was going on during the first visit and did a very extensive new patient visit including working the referred pain area which no one even caught prior to coming here.
