I came prepared with all medical history, medication list, Insurance info, allergies, etc all printed in a folder. I believe the two receptionist smiled. I was seated for a few moments, This area was quaint now I moved to one of the exam rooms, I got to watch a welcome video that I extremely enjoyed and received a lot of good information . Dr Crabtree credentials I recognize the name Parker Chiropractic Foundation and their Parker University in Dallas, Texas. Their Seminars are the largest and long running in the world of Chiropractic. The clinic was set up efficiently. We didn't have to go elsewhere for x-rays. Everything was done right there at the Clinic. They accept a variety of Insurance and Medicare/Medicaid. I was excited about going to a chiropractor. I felt like they could truly help me. I'll keep you posted. After XRays, measurements and examination. I was ready. The attendants were polite. From the very moment you set that very first appointment to the time you depart to your car you will be receiving service. And I know when fake is around. But here you can tell that they care all the way. They greet and know me by name. Always checking on me, always notifying me about my upcoming appointments. I was one of those who misjudged chiropractors. Like most ppl I had the misconception that going chiro was harmful base on 100 percent speculations. When in reality I just needed a bit of facts and factual information. And here I was able to receive it. For almost a year I was suffering from a lower back pain that was messing with my need to maintain a job. After my visit here a found my self able to keep up with my regular activities like always. Minus the pain. I absolutely recommend this place. A+

I was having chronic problems with a pharmacy not ordering my medications and the manager of the Joshua Clinic (Margie) actually got ahold of the pharmacist and took care of a problem I hadn't been able to remedy (despite changing pharmacies a number of times). She's stepped in and helped when she didn't have to and went above and beyond! Granted, Dr. White is fabulous and the nurses do a great job as well, but it's wonderful to have a place where the whole team works together to make all aspects of the visit as pleasant as possible (for going to see a doctor). And I know that when something does go wrong---because no one/no system is perfect---they are quick to jump in and make it right.

The office staff was very rude, as if I'm in the wrong for trying to get a resolution with my prescription.
