John then went out of his way and drove to my house to personally deliver it to me fully intact. I was amazed and extremely grateful. I commend both of them for their honesty, time, and effort. I had accepted the loss of the money, but i was dreading the prospect of replacing my license, passport card, and all the other cards. It's a delightful colourful little bus station where the Greyhounds stop, and it also has transit for local areas and the desert and valleys. It's super pretty and super cute and we liked it. It's also a rest stop for travelers as well, so you'll meet all kinds of people here, and don't forget that the Amtrak is coming through here. It just has a little bit of everything, including all your typical food and convenience store needs - like a big truck stop of sorts. Definitely four stars from me.

However, the bus departed nine minutes earlier. I tried to use all my three credit cards for purchasing Metrolink ticket on the Metrolink APP, all of them were failed(maybe it won's accept foreign cards), so I had to spend $2 for the bus fare(my $2 Thomas Jefferson note was gone). You don't have to pay $2 if you show your Metrolink ticket. I arrived there around 17:45, June 28, 2026, perfect timing for the 18:04 train bound to Los Angeles Union Station. Make sure you go to the correct track since nobody is on duty. The station and the train looked clean and safe. Enjoy the cool and with plenty sunshine in southern California.

Lots of free parking, with connections to Metrolink, FlixBus, weekday AVTA commuter bus routes 785-787, etc. Easy connections to downtown Los Angeles, Burbank, Victorville, Las Vegas, and so on. Relatively safe with private security. Eventually, this location might connect to High Speed Rail, and the Brightline West train proposed to Las Vegas. For those who work in west LA, try the AVTA 786 bus to the UCLA/Beverly Hills area, it's much faster than the train. While I am a big fan of the train, it slows to a ridiculous crawl when passing through the Acton area en route to Burbank and downtown. Anyone who still insists on fighting traffic by driving to Los Angeles from Palmdale with all of these great transit options available is insane. Just try it!

Well it was canceled and the automated message said alternate transport would be provided. No one came to tell us what that meant so I ran across the tracks to find a worker and ask just for him to tell me I already missed the connection. I was then stranded for 5 hours because my phone was dead. They offered a voucher for Uber but no phone so no voucher. I finally ended up getting home from riverside at 7pm I contacted metro link just for them to tell me theres nothing they can do to compensate me for this terrible experience. Metro link needs to do better.​​
