After i take out my phone to pay Apple Pay, the front desk guy tells me i need my physical card . So i run to get my card in my card & they said it depends on if the security lets me back in. Then when i run to ask the security guard, he tells me the door will close on me at 10pm. It was 9:58pm . He suggests to use the ATM. As i use the ATM, it's giving me issues & it hits 10pm & they yell over to me it's too late. So i ask them even when im inside already? That makes no sense. Why would you let someone inside with 5 minutes & they can be in line at 9:59 & the system wouldn't let them purchase anything at 10pm ? Allowing that gentleman in after making me wait 5 minutes when he shouldn't have been allowed in, caused me to not have enough time to go back inside & get my ID. Now you lost a good customer & gained one for one night for a customer who will probably never be back cus they don't even have an ID . Completely stupid system & employees who clearly can't use communication to help their customers within the last 5-10 minutes of closing. Why even accept customers after 9:50 & NOT tell them the system will NOT allow them to purchase ANYTHING after 9:55 so there is no confusion? Never been at a store like this & will NOT be back based off this inconvenience alone . Disappointing second time back & will NOT be back.

For context, a 1g cartridge normally lasts me about a month, so there is absolutely no way I could have gone through the entire cartridge in one evening. I returned to the store because the employee who originally sold it to me specifically told me to come back if I had any issues and that they would exchange it. When I explained what happened, the employee helping me seemed to assume that I had simply used the entire cartridge. I tried to explain that this was not possible given my normal usage, but I could tell she didn't believe me. She did agree to exchange it, but I was told I could only exchange it for the exact same product. That makes absolutely no sense to me. If I'm returning a product because I believe there is something wrong with it and I'm unhappy with its quality, why would I want the exact same thing again? Since that was my only option, I took the same cartridge, hoping the first one had simply been defective. Unfortunately, the replacement was even worse. I took approximately 10-15 inhales and the entire 1g cartridge was gone. Once again, it had the same strange alcohol-like taste. This is now the third time I've purchased something from MedMen, and each time I've walked away feeling that the product was overpriced and poor quality. After this experience--and an exchange policy that forces a customer to replace a product they're unhappy with with the exact same product--I won't be shopping at this store again.
