I work in customer service myself so I know when someone is being unprofessional with me and it's very unprofessional for not even to be a manager to try to resolve what was done. They clearly do not care about their customers and probably paid for or offered some type of reward for these reviews. I'll know what I did to deserve this terrible karma, but I pray nobody else have to go through this type of inconveniencing. Have been going here since they opened, this shop used to be really good! There are have been a few times where I've called to make sure a certain deal/strain is around, was assured it was, arrived, and found out they were out/told me incorrect info. Even then, I still continued to go since they were super cool, and always managed to cut some kind of deal since their advertised deal wasn't available/they had been incorrect + they threw in goodies with each purchase. But yesterday, all of that changed. I went in for their WeedMaps deals (which was clearly advertised online AND on the whiteboards in the shop as I was standing there) and was told they were out. I then asked if he could offer some sort of deal/consolation since they were still advertising the deal and the guy would not budge even though they were in the wrong. I ended up deciding to get an oz of their "Top Shelf" shake for more than what I originally planned to spend and as he was weighing it out I commented that the "top shelf shake" was FULL OF SEEDS. He didn't give a damn that they were already in the wrong about their misadvertising OR that the product he was pushing was SUBPAR. When I mentioned this he just kept cramming the shake into a tube that was obviously too small. So now I don't just have shake thats full of seeds, I now have crushed and smashed up shake that's full of seeds and came out of the tube like some friggin' chapstick. After ALL THAT he not only DIDN'T give me a top shelf j for all of my troubles, he didn't even put in the blunt wraps that come with every purchase.................. Wow. Just wow. That budtender definitely needs a review in customer service :'(

I really appreciated that as I hate it when places just make assumptions and adjust things you've ordered based on whatever they have available and you get to find out as a surprise when you get your delivery... The delivery was SUPER fast (30 minutes from order to delivery). I'm in the northwest corner of Inglewood for reference. They offered multiple payment options making it super easy to pay (via Zelle) when they arrived (bc the website had issues w/my credit card and I didn't have cash so I wouldn't have been able to place my order otherwise). They were at the bottom of the barrel for one of the flowers I ordered meaning small nugs - so they just gave me all the remaining product that was left. This worked out to an extra $45 worth for free! And to top it all off, the gentleman that delivered my order was the NICEST guy. They are typically for tourist and travelers, but if you are local and are a regular consumer of Marijuana, especially in edible form, you're going want organic product, rich in quality. Normally I wouldn't have minded doing all of this online but if you go to their online website (mobile) all you see are the same repeating pictures of their cupcakes all with the same descriptions.
