If you prefer homemade edibles with no preservatives over the GMO stuff you find in dispensaries,…read morethen you should definitely tap in with Cheba Bakery. The high is much more rich and easy on the person. The product you find in dispensaries are laced with chemicals, which causes the high to be a bit overwhelming, and can leave you unmotivated and lethargic the next morning. They are typically for tourist and travelers, but if you are local and are a regular consumer of Marijuana, especially in edible form, you're going want organic product, rich in quality. The customer service is great in communication and delivery. I order with Cheba Bakery at least once a week for the last several months and have yet to have any issues.

I was super excited when I saw how close this place was in my area. Decided to give them a call…read moremore than a couple of times (this is the first time) and no one picked up. That was fine since they did answer over text but no one was replying after a while (I'm sure they forgot about me until they got a text from me again). It happens I understand but I'm also trying to plan something about so it is very discouraging when they have hours 2 to 9 and don't reply back. Second time I actually decided to see this shop myself. Looked their address up on here and through google. Took about 15 minutes to look around and find the store but I couldn't find it. Called about 3x and texted their (213) number until someone picked up to see if they could guide me to their store. Btw no one texted me back on the (213) number. A lady answered their other (424) number and it wasn't until she informed me that they don't actually have a store and only do delivery. i wish that was stated in their Yelp that it's delivery only. Normally I wouldn't have minded doing all of this online but if you go to their online website (mobile) all you see are the same repeating pictures of their cupcakes all with the same descriptions. I really wanted to try their things about but it's hard when no one answers the phone or even offer info online.

I went in to get some edibles to help me be high relax and sleep on a 15 hour flight…read more Adam G i think that was his name. Someone G. Anyway great service, good vibes and good advice.

Disappointing customer interaction and inflexible discount policy, still a regular customer…read more This is my regular dispensary and I plan to continue shopping here, but I am leaving this feedback here because I do not feel comfortable giving it in person. I want to separate two issues clearly. First, the student discount policy. There is a posted 20 percent student discount that only applies on Sundays. As a student who uses cannabis medicinally, this structure does not work for me. Being told on a Saturday that I should come back another day for a discount when I am already ready to purchase is not helpful. I am not asking for an exception. I am offering feedback that a discount limited to one specific day does not accommodate medicinal or schedule based needs. That feedback should be acknowledged, not debated. Second, repeated unwanted interaction from one staff member. When I shared that feedback, one staff member who was not involved in my transaction repeatedly interjected, lectured, and attempted to explain why my perspective was wrong. I clearly stated more than once that I did not want to debate it and asked him to stop engaging and allow the employee assisting me to continue the transaction. Despite that, the interruptions continued. Because of the continued side conversation and interruptions, the checkout process became confusing. I had brought edibles to the front and confirmed the price, but I was not told how much additional cash I needed to withdraw from the ATM to complete that part of the purchase. After already paying an ATM fee and with everything going on, I ultimately said never mind and left the edibles behind. This same staff member has also previously failed to acknowledge me when I entered the store and has redirected me in line in a way that felt dismissive. Taken together, these repeated interactions have been frustrating. I want to be clear that other staff members were polite, helpful, and professional, and the store itself is clean and well run. This feedback is specifically about one recurring interaction and the structure of the discount policy. If a customer says they do not want to be lectured or debated, that boundary should be respected. Feedback does not need to be refuted in the moment. It simply needs to be heard. I am posting this here rather than raising it in person because I still plan to shop at MedMen and want this addressed constructively.
