I was told that mold was observed in many other portions of the rest of the deck as they were replacing the rotted boards. KYRA ROSS came today and performed an extremely professional review of the entire area, taking pictures, testing wood, taking samples of various different types of mold observed. She was very friendly, initially went over pricing of the entire job, which included lab testing of samples collected and her follow up on the reports we will receive and what the results mean. Knowing that my wife, Barbara, has serious mold allergies and health issues before from inside mold in a different condo, Kyra will explain all the findings in writing so that we can, if necessary, require the condo to tear down the deck and have the entire area mold remediated.

Based on my child's development, they would tell me when she was ready for solids, or puffs, or water. I trust them more than some chart that says at 6 months, do X. The owner is a delight, and perfectly fair and straightforward with everything. Go here, it is FIRST CLASS.

Steve was kind, trust-worthy, and very clearly an expert. I would call him again in a heartbeat if I suspect some other kind of pest trouble. I whole-heartedly recommend Milner Pest Control!
