It's unfortunate that really the only thing going for this bank is that it is one of the more up to…read moredate branches, has 2 drive up ATM machines that have their own lanes, and sometimes offer free donuts. If they revved up the service it would be a very good branch. While it is not entirely their fault, I'm sure hours are mandated by corporate, they just are not convenient for businesses. They had subtitles been cutting back hours over the past year and are finally to point where both lobby and drive up services are closed at 4. What does this mean? You better not plan on stopping after work, though you could rearrange your schedule to meet theirs and cut out on your lunch break (while they are on theirs and limited on staffing) should you need to utilize non ATM services. Hours aside we can also talk about service. There are really only two employees from my experience that seem to really know what they are doing. I dread using the drive up teller option because odds are that the person working will give misinformation. For instance when depositing travelers checks say you didn't classify the right category of cash or check on your slip (let's be honest, aren't they technically both in a way?) you might be told your deposit doesn't match your slip and sent on your way to correct it only to find out they didn't count the check because it was not written in the right place and all you had to do was rewrite your slip. Or you might encounter the teller that allows people to put together and complete their commercial deposit in the drive up instead of referring them to stop inside. While that is certainly nice for the person putting together their deposit the line of cars building may share a similar thought process on how it is quite the inconvenience. Both of these things have happened several times. It got to point of me figuring inside was faster than drive up but the staffing seems to be kept minimal (which is bothersome when you have a manager simply greeting people and referring them to the tellers instead of hopping in to assist with the line). So you will still wait a decent amount of time either way... You just will use less gas idling.
