Previously we had somebody else from another company out and they did not do the job properly. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. But I will say that even if we do have another problem in the future, I know where to go - Response Crew is a no brainer and for sure I'll be a repeat customer for future needs!

He came by looked at problem and said he would be back on specific day. was quoted a price and was very reasonable. He replaced pressed wood subfloor with stronger plywood & 2x4's. put in new flange and wax ring on toilet. He had dental appt but returned and finished the job. also added new flooring. all in 1 day!! I love how the bathroom floor looks now. No soft spots or squeaks. cleaned up and removed trash from job. Charlie came to our home the same day we called and gave us a quote. We signed the contract and 3 days later our house was being painted. The painting crew was nice but we did have a couple of things that weren't done completely. We called Charlie right away and the painting crew and Charlie were back at our house within the hour and they made everything right. You'll always have some hiccups with construction but this company is family owned and they want to make sure your very pleased. Which is why they dont ask for any payment until the job is completely finished and you are happy with the results. I would definitely use them again and will call them when we get ready to paint the interior of our home.

This review is an extension of my T&K Roofing review. While T&K was here, I asked for a review of…read moremy electrical system. I was surprised T&K did not find more. Very up front and honest. When they bid the work, I found the price reasonable and inline with market expectations. When Shadrach arrived, he immediately went to work. While here, he highlighted an additional piece. I completely agreed with the additional piece and asked for the work to be done. When I received the invoice, I worked with Steven, the field supervisor, in a very amicable manner. Simply put, they know what they are doing and they are very fair and honest. If I ever need electrical work again, I will certainly call T&K Electric. I must also point out I had to ask T&K to return. After the roofing and the electrical work, summer arrived. My air conditioning did not function. T&K returned as if it was simply expected. Steven conducted the inspection. He reported his findings and said he went as far as an electrician could go. When the HVAC company arrived, the HVAC technician showed me the defective part and stated clearly why the part failed. Meaning the issue was solely a result of HVAC normal wear and tear. I found working with T&K Electrical very comforting. Even when the issue didn't involve them, they were very willing to investigate. Clearly, T&K takes pride in their work and craft and confirms the work is done right. Highly recommend.

They are heavy and the original guy cut corners and they started to pull away from the wall. I had called around a few carpenters to try to find a solution. Nolan not only had a fair price but also had the experience to recognize a suitable solution. Other's were over quoting what work needed to be done. Nolan and his brother stayed on the site for about 5 hours. During this time he actually decided to redo some work just to make sure it was 100% to his expectations.
