Avoid this location during the evening because the customer service is literally night and day. The…read morelast few years I have been here I went during the day and the customer service was awesome. Last night I came in about 8:30. I know 30 minutes before closing but I was only grabbing small amount of things for a quick overnight trip that I forgot to grab before leaving to Prescott. While I waited in line, I thought the customer was being frustrated with the cashier just for the sake of being rude. I was wrong...there was a reason. I came up and greeted the cashier. She responded with "We are closing" Yes I know you are closing and if I'm at the register, it means I'm checking out. When it was time to pay, I went to use my Walgreens wallet and it set this woman off. "NO YOU ALREADY TYPED IN YOUR NUMBER WHY DO I NEED TO SCAN THIS!!!" That was the tone and volume she used towards me. I actually stepped back a little in shock. "Ma'am, this is Walgreens pay. You can pay through this." I even pointed to the sign that suggested using Walgreens pay. "Pay with your card...we are closing" the cashier sighed. Whatever I had my wallet in my hand and I took out a card without a chip and swiped it. "UM WRONG WAY". Again the cashier barked something at me. I rolled my eyes and swiped the correct way and her register froze. No deal, just move to another register right? Wrong. The cashier blamed me for this. "Because YOU had to use digital coupons, now your holding up this line while we are about to close" Other customers were glaring at her, not me. We waited for about 5 minutes for a lead to come up. During that time, the cashier was mad at me and telling me to try to swipe or cancel the transaction because "we are closing and I can't believe this" The cashier had to ask for help 5 times from another co worker whos attitude matched hers. When the cashier told her she needed to use that register, that coworker said to her "Yeah I know you need to wait for me to log off" I see whats going on here. All of them are miserable. The poor guy who the other miserable cashier was checking out even told her "I hope you have a wonderful day and please make it better" A 3 minute check out process took 15 minutes. I made sure to use a chip card not to set this woman off. The cashier apparently works in the beauty department. I wouldn't even want her assistance with finding makeup matches if she is this short with something as simple as being on the register. Closing shift, you all need to do better.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Pharmacy does not know what they are doing. Lady who answered the phone (and I…read morecalled twice) said I could not get my prescription since my insurance did not cover it. It absolutely covers it, but I said that's okay, I would pay cash and just get it. She said, no I could not pay cash and get it since the insurance does not cover it. YES, I CAN PAY CASH FOR A PRESCRIPTION EVEN IF I HAVE ACHHHS OR ANY OTHER INSURANCE. IT IS MY LEGAL RIGHT TO CHOOSE HOW I PAY FOR MY PRESCRIPTIONS. SO SAD SINCE I CAN'T BREATHE AND REALLY NEED THE PRESCRIPTION.

This market is incredibly good. It has everything I could want under one roof. I spoke to the very…read morefriendly barista and he told me this place has been open for about 7 months now. So it's relatively new. We were staying next door at the Motor lodge Inn. I thought I would grab a coffee from the Edison and that would be it, but I ended up going there 3 days in a row. This place is adorably remodeled with a retro vibe that is up to date. There is a seating area with electric outlets under each spot which I fully appreciated so I could do some work. The food is very good and the coffee even better. We went back for happy hour one afternoon and enjoyed a delicious $8 cocktail. Can't beat that. The market area itself is well done, nice bottles of wine & liquor with interesting snacks. I wish that my neighborhood had a place like this next door, I'd be there all the time. All in all, if you're in Prescott near the downtown courthouse area, take a drive up Montezuma to stop at the Edison Market, it's worth the visit.

They also make cocktails! Very clean and organized. I ordered their Rockin Nutty Latte and it was pretty good! Perfect way to start off a long busy day! My only complaint would be their pastries... my friend ordered a pistachio croissant and I ordered a plain bagel. The croissant was stale and hard. And my bagel was super crunchy as well. We assumed it was frozen or old. While leaving we did see what looked to be a baker delivering all fresh pastries. Just make sure you ask if they're baked fresh.. we were there right when they opened. Other than that. It is a cool place! Check them out!

Clean facility, good selections if you're on a vending machine diet; lots to drink. Restrooms are…read moreclean and well-attended. Pump areas are generally kept clean and are regularly steam-cleaned to prevent oil stains from accumulating. You can't tell from looking at the station data, or from Google/Apple maps, that the station sells "clear gas" at its pumps. Clear gas should not only be used in boat engines, but the absence of methanol makes it the perfect fuel base for any small motor device like a generator, chain saw, tree pruner, weed eater, brush grinders, etc. (Ethanol rots the rubber seals in these devices.) I'd suggest that the availability of clear gas be made known for all Maverik stations that have it available in the station metadata... such as on Yelp, Apple Maps, etc: that would save us a lot of time searching for it! Other suggestion: stop the video ads at the pump. They're very annoying.

Discriminatory Treatment at Your Store…read more On October 8, 2026, at approximately 1:30 p.m., my friends and I entered your store in Prescott, Arizona, intending to purchase drinks. The store was crowded, and as we made our way around the liquor aisle to reach the beverage section, an employee, whom we estimate to be in her mid-to-late 50s with black hair, yelled at us, stating, "Stop looking at the liquor and get your drinks and get out of the store!" We were shocked, uncomfortable, and deeply offended by the way we were addressed. While other customers were browsing throughout the store without being rushed or questioned, we felt that we were being singled out and treated as though we had done something wrong simply by being there. As my friend and I proceeded to check out, our third friend was getting a fountain drink. The employee then called out to another employee, stating, "The other one is at the fountain." This made us feel as though we were being watched and treated with suspicion despite having done nothing wrong. What made this experience particularly concerning was that we were the only people of color in the store, and we observed other white teenagers purchasing drinks without being subjected to the same treatment. As three Native college students, we could not help but question whether our race, age, or appearance influenced how we were treated. The interaction left us feeling unwelcome, stereotyped, and unfairly judged. We have never experienced this kind of treatment in Prescott before, and it is deeply disappointing to be treated this way in a community where everyone should feel welcome. We understand that employees have responsibilities to maintain a safe store environment, but those responsibilities should never justify singling out customers or making assumptions about them based on their appearance or racial identity. We are asking that management take this incident seriously, review what occurred, and address how employees interact with customers from diverse backgrounds. We also hope you will examine whether additional training is needed to ensure that all customers, including Native and other customers of color, are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect. We deserve the same courtesy and respect as any other customers. We hope to receive a response explaining how this matter will be addressed and what steps will be taken to help prevent similar experiences in the future.
