We called in a panic about returning it before they closed and luckily they have a return box so you can return it after hours. On a recent trip, I saw a yellow truck and noticed that it was a Penske rental truck, so I looked into it and read reviews of them. I also saw that AAA gave substantial discounts for Penske rentals. My research showed that they were highly recommended, so I decided to give them a try. WOW!!! I was blown away by the difference! Not only were Penske truck superior, but this particular rental center was truly amazing. Jeffrey helped me prior to my picking up the truck and went out of his way to make arrangements to allow me to pick the truck up earlier to make it easier for our schedule since we lived about an hour away. When we picked it up on Saturday, Ed continued with the great service and had us all set up and ready to go with a beautiful, well maintained and spotless truck. I *HIGHLY* recommend this service center to anyone looking for an exemplary place to do business! I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you!

We asked for a 26 footer and, in addition, got a hydraulic lift AND comfortable seats. This company was definitely more costly, but we saw many U-Haul trucks on the side of the road in obvious trouble, we had a smooth ride, without incident. Keep in mind, if you intend to get to your destination quickly, this truck is not for you, it moves very slowly, especially if you are hauling a house full of furniture. I will gladly use them again when I need a truck.

I called right after making the reservation to be sure that I'd get what I needed (as I was moving the following day and needed this taken care of pronto!) The man (I believe his name was Gerald) I spoke to on the phone said that even though I could make a reservation with them, it didn't guarantee I'd get what I needed. He informed me that he had NO TRUCKS available at all and I was out of luck. Disappointed (and utterly stressed!), I tried calling around to some other places only to have my phone calls interrupted by the Penske representative I had spoken to earlier. He had made some calls and made arrangements to get what I needed, where and when I needed it for the following day. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to give me impeccable service. He kept me updated with ETAs and even upgraded my truck with no extra charge. After having the door slammed in my face over and over, I was so grateful for this experience. I would definitely use, not only penske, but this location again (if I were ever moving away from Flagstaff again lol). The drop off was just as easy. Every question I had before picking up was answered and literally everything during this whole experience was a piece of cake. PS. I'm a twenty year old, female, college student and I drove one of the 16 footers from Flagstaff to California and felt so comfortable doing it! Penske has it set up in a way that I wasn't worried one bit if I had a question or problem (which I didn't, by the way), I could call them and get help as soon as possible. AWESOME SERVICE!

The bagels are fluffy and if you order a bagel sandwich lot of times they do not come with cream cheese, which I think is very nice especially for somebody who is lactose intolerant but still wants to enjoy a bagel but have something to top it with! They also have a gluten-free bagels which can be hard to find! There is a ton of seating and people generally go in and out, so it seemed to be fairly easy to find a table!
