When this location opened I was such a fan- $5 car washes and I can vacuum and blow out the dust in my car. I live on a dirt road, so this is a weekly visit for a while. We live a long ways from here, but for the price I stop on my way to work. Now, 2020 I had dropped my car off at the mechanic less than a mile away from here and I am walking. I decide it would be nice to get a coffee here, maybe a snack and sit and wait for my ride, BUT no. I cannot do any of that. WHY? Because someone in their magical logic decided to padlock the restrooms with a sign that says "Closed due to pandemic" I am sorry, but what complete BS! Were you trying to protect the bathroom from germs so only your employees could use them? Because now, No one can wash their hands thus spreading even more germs all over your establishment. We are almost a full month into having this pandemic hit home and just now people are realizing that there could be live virus on the handles of gas pumps, doors, counters and money! I personally will probably NEVER return here as they way I see it, You are further risking the health of every person that walks into this establishment! read more

Avoid the car wash. One of the guys (Miguel) that works there' is the most arrogant, entitled rude person. I have no idea how he still works there . Wish I could give this zero stars. We avoid this location at all costs but the few times I've been here are terrible. The women who work here are the rudest people I have ever experienced. The worst one is the old black lady. I just left and she is smoking literally in the door way. I told her that's gross my child and I just had to walk through it and the law is no smoking within 20 ft of the door and her response was "not my law bitch" like really? In front of my daughter and everything. I told her the laws applied to her and she is one of the reasons no one shops there and she just kept running her mouth. The lady who was the cashier when we paid was liking her fingers as she scanned our items because she's eating chips at the register. They have music blasting so loud you can't even hear what they say to you. Total trash employees. I just left this gas station, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Most of the pumps' cashless payment systems are frequently not working, which forces customers to go inside. I usually don't mind doing that, but today the pump malfunctioned even after I prepaid inside. When the pump stopped mid-transaction, I went back inside to ask for help or at least get a receipt. The manager I spoke with was extremely rude and confrontational from the moment I asked about the issue. Instead of helping, she put the blame on me and dismissed my concerns. When I suggested that the pumps need to be repaired--because this is a constant problem--she became even more disrespectful and made comments implying I was "having a bad day" or "late to work," which was uncalled for. I calmly explained that it's inconvenient for customers to repeatedly go inside because the pumps don't accept cashless payments. Her response was simply that I didn't have to come there and could go somewhere else. This kind of unprofessional behavior from a manager is unacceptable. I hope the owners address both the pump issues and the customer service problems at this location. read more

Horrible location. Mobile pay is almost always down. Location has only one person working which makes f for a bag experience to the customers. Sylvia the person working was rude, condescending and horrible to work with. Due in part to being overworked due to the lack of staffing. read more

Most expensive are in SoCal only reason I stop her is an emergency for just enough fuel to get me to another gas station. I just got fuel from an arco in Ontario for .30 less a gallon yesterday. Go Go Carwash on Limonite and feldspar (Arco Gas Station) has an exposed metal track that is damaging wheels. After doing so the attendant said so sorry but there is nothing I can do. I finally got the manager to file an incident report. The response - we will get back to you in 3 weeks. Do not use this was they will damage your car! The wheel they damaged cost $750 to replace! Regardless of weather these quicky washes are the best for a car or not... they need to maintain thier equipment. I don't expect 5 stars out of these, but they need to maintain thier equipment so it operates safely. Update - whether you think it's my fault or not. BEWEAR‼ They advertise if you pay for a carwash they will give you gas at a lower price & they have the price on displayed but when you pump your gas you will notice that they short you on gas because they charge you the full price as if you didn't pay for a carwash. Pay ATTENTION WHEN PUMPING, check the gallons you pumped & how much you paid for it. THIS IS FRAUD!! And when you complain, the African American woman at the cashier will go crazy on you and try to steal your receipt so you have no proof you paid for the gas there. She asked me to give her my receipt and when I did she didn't want to give it back to me, I stood there and was persistent to give me back my receipt and she said she lost it! Wow seriously??!!! When I just handed it to her 1 min ago!! Then I asked the second cashier that was standing next to her to help me out & she said NO!! At the end they saw that I wasn't leaving without MY receipt so the lady who said NO , well she ended up giving me my receipt. And they did NOT want to give me back my money that I paid for a carwash to get a lower price on the gas which they charged me regular price for, so there was NO reason to pay extra for the carwash , I didn't end up washing my car there because I do NOT want a carwash if they did NOT honor what they are advertising! This area usually has decent priced gasoline the building is nice and new, Although the carwash area was really nice when it opened up , 10 months later it is now neglected your lucky to find a vacuum hose with a nozzle on it or a high pressure gun with a trigger attached to it. A few months ago high winds came a blew off the shade sails and they haven't been replaced since then. Please fix these inconveniences ! read more

Terrible customer service. I came in to use the vacuum after I had washed my car and the guy at the entrance to the car wash said that the vacuums are not free. I needed to pay $3 at their car wash in order to use their vacuum. Where does it say that? And where am I supposed to put my money when the vacuums are just out in the open? I was parked at a gas pump and when I came back she put an out of order sign on it I told her I put money on that pump. she replied how if the pump is out of order, so I walked back in the store spoke to the other employee to move my funds from that pump to the following pump and she was looking at me while she was texting on her phone rudely. she was being very disrespectful and cursing at me so I curse right back at her and she threatened I better ... I just got back from this car wash. I drive a full size diesel pickup truck and went through the car wash which has a very small drive way. The manager was directing us on where to get the tires right. He backed us up right into plastic that put two giant gashes on the sides of my brand new tires. After us asking him if he would pay for our tire, he would only agree to 10 free car washes. Like I ever will take my truck back there for a wash. The worst. Save your money don't come here for a car wash. It worked great when first opened not so much now. Their idea of pressure washing Grime and bugs off the front end of your car and windshield with a pressure washer is an open-end hose and air gun. what a joke. They packed the cars in so tight that it causes a traffic jam and stops the cars from moving but the cleaning wheels keep beating the crap out of your cars finish. If you paid extra to have your wheels and rims cleaned forget about it those scrubbers have never worked. They provide an area for vacuuming and blowing out excess water from crevices this is heavily vandalized. read more
