This is for the car wash not the gas station itself. The gas station is great but the car wash is a joke. We pulled up, paid and waited by the sign that says "please wait for the attendant" well there's no attendant! We waited and waited (4 cars behind us waiting as well. I finally had to call the phone number to get someone to come out of the building to press a button. Then he pressed the button for the $6 wash when we paid for the $10. Also the "spot free" wash is BS! My car has spots on it. read more

This 5-star review concerns just the car wash that Hispanic gentleman who guided me into the wash did an excellent job prepping the front of my vehicle I only had $2 to give him I wish I'd had a $5 bill he worked out hard at it I'll have to remember his face and give him the rest of that five next time along with another five I highly recommend this car wash it gets your car clean. Sewing closing if you give the guy $5 tip the total cost of the premium wash is $17 and they have self-service vacuums which is no big deal for me to have to use myself because I only have a two door read more

For the carwash only. I got a great wash, on half my car. The entire right side literally down the middle has some funky film on the car and windows. I can barely see out of the right side windows and rear right window. WTH?!?! It's 10 times worse than when I went through. Average gas station. They have clean bathrooms and the lot was well lit. The cashier was nice too.

Had a poor experience today. The male cashier with the glasses was involved. I went and prepaid $ 20.00 on pump # 11. I went out to my pump, and noticed it wasn't reset. I tried a couple things at the pump - nothing changed. I went back in , wanting my pump reset. Guess what ? They reset pump # 1 ! Somebody else was pumping gas in their car, that I paid for. The cashier had the nerve to tell me to go to the person pumping the gas, and get $ 20.00 from them. Luckily, that person pumping came in the store and mentioned that they got gas, but the pump did not accept their card. I got my money back from the other customer, but my one star rating was because the cashier made no effort to correct the problem, or apologize. From now on, I will get gas elsewhere, when I travel through there. read more

So I took my car through the carwash and something busted my back window. They refused to replace it. The manager Robert said they would take care of it but I never got a single phone call. I tried calling Teresa at their office and she refused all of my calls. I even went back to talk to Robert and he called her right in front of me and said she would call me within the hour. I called her not even 5 mins after he spoke with her and she was "Away from her desk". Such bullshit! read more

Rip off place! Their card readers never work at the pump so you have to go inside to pay. One way to get people inside to buy stuff.

Finally a good car wash for $5. Free vacuuming station. I don't mind drying my own car for the price. I have my own car wash towel specifically for this station. Most car washes start at $7.99 and up without including tip. My tip for me is pride how good my car looks when I'M done drying it. read more

I am pissed off. Over and over, the damn pumps don't have paper in the printer so you can't get a receipt without going inside. When you go inside, you must wait in line, and wait, until the young girl behind the register gets her attitude on. This has happened to me more often than not. Come on, let's get with the program. finally a new gas station in Indio that one can feel safe at. I love that there are plenty of pumps so less waiting or having to maneuver around cars to get to a pump. I see there they a car wash there and i havent used it yet but i hope to soon. Love the wash. For $5 you can not beat it. Free Vacuum. I ran into the guy who sells the chemical used in the wash. I did not know that it was all Turtle Wax stuff, I watched my Dad use the old Turtle Wax on his cars when I was a kid. He explained the top wash ad what you get on your car, wax, tire shiner, sealed in wax. Real cool and I will go back. read more
