This is a gas station my Dad (who owned one years ago) would like as the gas pump areas, convenient store, and bathrooms are all clean and well maintained. The Carson Valley Market is part of the greater Carson Valley Inn complex with the hotel/casino and RV Park all adjacent. That may explain why the convenience store has a much better selection than expected, maybe due to "built in" clientele. And their good service clearly follows from that.

I loved this place so much I made a Tiktok about it (https://rb.gy/unpdcl)…read more First, the service is absolutely amazing.... the level of which you'll never see in any major metropolitan city. I forgot how nice it is on my annual trip up north. Second, this is, by far, the CLEANEST convenience store I have ever seen! Extra points on the CLEANEST BATHROOM I've ever seen.... and they provide Angel Soft toilet paper, not that sandpaper crap you get everywhere else! When the ladies saw what kinds of snacks I was looking at, they were kind enough to suggest some of the more local products available, which I am always happy to support, especially the delish ones they suggested. You simply must make a mental note of stopping here on your next gas stop!

They have always been friendly and greeted me when I enter the store. I have no complaints about this store at all.

The lady who works at 7/11 in the mornings is usually known for her pleasant and helpful demeanor…read more Regular customers have always praised her for her cheerful attitude and prompt service. However, last Sunday, one particular incident left many customers shocked and disappointed. The lady's unprofessional behavior towards a customer and his daughter was completely unexpected and uncalled for. It all started when my ex-husband and daughter went into the store to make a purchase. As my ex was completing his transaction, the lady turned to him and uttered, "Fuck you, you fucking drunk." This derogatory statement was not only offensive, but it also left my daughter in tears. She immediately called me, and I was appalled by what had just happened. Without wasting any time, I rushed to the store to speak to the manager. Despite repeated requests, the lady continued to blame my ex for her unacceptable behavior. This only added fuel to the fire. I firmly told her that her behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a regular customer, and a concerned parent, I expected better treatment from the employees of this store. My tone was assertive, as I wanted to make it clear that such behavior would not be tolerated. As a customer, I have the right to expect respectful and courteous treatment from the staff at 7/11. It is their responsibility to provide a safe and comfortable shopping experience for all customers. Their behavior towards customers reflects poorly on the store's image and reputation. I suggested to the manager that if my ex was causing such a problem, he should either be banned from the store or the police should be called. I firmly believe that no customer should be subjected to such derogatory and offensive language, regardless of the circumstances. The lady's actions were not only unprofessional, but they also displayed a lack of respect and courtesy towards customers. As a concerned parent, I was shocked and dismayed by the incident. My daughter's tears were a clear indication of the impact of the lady's behavior. It is important for employees to understand that their actions not only affect the customers but also the store's reputation. In today's digital age, word travels fast, and one negative experience can result in a loss of potential customers. In conclusion, the incident at 7/11 last Sunday was an unfortunate one. The lady's unprofessional behavior towards a customer and his daughter was completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect better treatment from the employees of this store. I hope that this incident serves as a wake-up call for the management to ensure that their staff is trained to handle difficult situations with professionalism and respect. Let's strive to create a welcoming and positive shopping experience for all customers at 7/11.

This gas guzzler really drinks the gas, but I suppose driving over 80 mph almost all the way didn't help, hey the speed limit was 80mph out there for a lot of the way. We're staying at the hotel next door, so this is a good place to fuel up and maybe get some snacks for the room to have before dinner. They're lots of pumps here and they all are modern and take credit cards no prob. Gas today was $4.55 a gal for regular, not too bad compared to prices in California! Tanked up, this should get us back to Sacramento no prob. Some reviews complained about slow pumps, this wasn't the case for me. Just set it and let it fill. I could clean the windshield that way as he rest of the crew went inside to raid all the snacks and drinks. As for using the restrooms, I think it might be better just to wait till we get to the hotel next door.

When we finally were able to get gas we learned why-these pumps were uber slow filling up our tank. Hubby actually did end up going in to grab a snack. Based on other posts/ we will need to check out the coffee next time. Can't tell you the last time we bought coffee at a station- but I'm gonna trust the yelp family. Next time we are in town- believe me, I'm going inside too. I love good road snacks

I usually go to Walmart pharmacy but it was past 7 and i just got out of the doctors. I came here and I'm so glad I did! The 2 workers were super nice- they had my prescription ready literally in 5 mins after it was received. Also the pharmacist was super helpful and told me how to take it so that it absorbs better. To contrast, last time I got this medication at Walmart it was a horrible experience. The walmart pharmacy took over 20 minutes even though there was no one else there (I think the pharmacist did it on purpose). She also did NOT give me the absorption advice (even though it was my first time getting this medication). Even though Walmart is a few blocks closer to me, I think I will switch to Walgreens! These workers had a good attitude and were very efficient AND wore their face masks (unlike some other questionable places).

Instead of saying it probably got jammed why could they not have told me the person who paid on that machine is on pump whatever I pressed, so I could try to do something about it at the time.
