AMP Electric saved the day!!! It is always concerning when you need a service like AMP offers and you don't have a go to company you use. That was me and my house had no power to the upstairs. I set the appointment with the owner Lee Morrison (Master Electrician). He showed up on time and was very friendly to work with. The job turned out to be a needle in a haystack to find and figure out. There is no way an journeyman electrician could have figured this one out but Lee's persistence persevered! He found the issue only through years of knowledge on how to rule out one thing after another. Who would have ever thought that my electrical issue was all the way in the attic and under insulation instead of the other 20 spots that it should have been. He found it and fixed it! Lee your the MAN!!! If you need help call him. read more

Extremely professional and FRIENDLY! I am so happy and will be calling Lee for any and all future projects. I wanted to turn my coat closet into an entertainment center and called a couple companies about running electric and cable into the closet. None of them seemed too confident about the work and gave crazy quotes. Lee came out and said yes it can be done and gave me a great quote. The installer was on time, professional and worked quickly. Fantastic overall! read more

AMP Electric was very responsive and communicated effectively. They were able to fit my project in within a week, on a Saturday. The electrician was very nice and hard working. He showed up early and finished the job quickly to our satisfaction. One of our light fixtures that he installed was from IKEA. Something was wrong with the fixture. The electrician took the time to come up with an adequate and creative work around. The light fixtures look and work great. read more

I hired AMP Electric after asking for a quote on installing light fixtures in a new home ( lots of complicated lights and an attic fan). Lee asked to come see the job and gave me a reasonable price. He was on time with his crew both days and the made short work of some difficult lights. They were really easy to work with and kept the job clean. I was so happy I found them and will use AMP Electric again for certain. read more

I had been facing electrical issues in my 3 year old house off and on ever since I moved in. Finally, an issue arose (just out of the blue one day) that caused a circuit breaker to constantly trip - seemingly for no reason especially because one day everything worked and then the next day, didn't. This issue effectively, keep me from having any working lights for 70% of my main living space. I had other electricians try to correct the issue but failed. After seeing good reviews here, I call AMP and spoke with Lee. He was great and tried to help me trouble shoot the issue over the phone, but ultimately, I needed someone to come out. James came out and was also awesome. As it turns out, my wiring was faulting from the day I moved in and just finally caught up to me. There were numerous neutral wires from different circuits being wired together. James rewired all of the switches correctly and found 3 instances of the faulty wiring and after fixing the wiring, discover an unrelated issue and fixed that too. Ultra Thorough! Problem solved, my lights work, and I am finally confident my electrical issues are behind me once and for all. I highly recommend the professionals at AMP Electric! read more

Did great job at a fair price. Very satisfied. Don't need to look around, hire this guy!

I have never found an electrician like Lee. I do not even know how to praise him enough. I live in California, and my daughter in Aurora, Co. We were desperate to have her meter which Xcel said had been burned out and needed an electrician before it could be turned on and we waited and waited with no help. My daughter wasn't even home. Lee drove to our condo. Checked the box. Said that everything looked in working order. Said that my daughter had to just turn on breakers in house. This after talking to three other electricians who either couldn't make it that day or one saying that it "sounded" like I may need a permit before he could help me. On and on. I am certain that people have run into bumps in the road looking for help. I can say with a happy heart that Lee truly was our savior. i will keep his info in not only my calendar but on my frig! This man is a keeper. A dedicated fan!!! read more

I needed to get an outlet replaced for my washer/dryer. I called around to quite a few electricians who weren't able to come out for at least a couple of weeks. Lee was able to come and replace the outlet the same week. He was quick, professional, and reasonably priced! Overall, great experience! I will definitely call him again in the future for any electrical needs. read more

Lee Morrison at AMP Electric is a good one. His crew (James & Les) just did some panel work for me last week, and did my neighbor's second kitchen and laundry wiring a couple of years ago. Lee and his employees were all competent, reasonable, and easy to work with and straightforward about the job at hand and what is required. Their quote was competitive, the scheduling and job completion was timely, the result was clean and of high quality, they provided solid advice, and they will get called first the next time I need electrical work done on my property. read more

We needed an outlet updated for a higher voltage laundry center. AMP Electric is basically the first that came up on a Yelp search and, since we'd been 3 weeks already without being able to do laundry, we decided to take a chance based on the good reviews rather than shop around. Zac arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled (which was a pleasant surprise). He gave me a price/time estimate after surveying my situation. The time ended being way off, mostly because our breaker switches are apparently prehistoric and he took it upon himself to drive all over town to find the parts for us rather than have to wait and special order them (also a pleasant surprise). This additional time wasn't added to our bill. Zac really went above and beyond, going so far as to hook up our washer hoses (not his job) and help me muscle the laundry center back into its tiny closet (not his job). Everything is working great and we're thrilled. Zac was courteous and professional, and Lee (the owner) is a stand-up guy, from what I can tell from our online communication. We'll use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! read more

They made a mistake booking me and were very late for my appointment time, but then did not charge me anything for fixing my doorbell. I'm okay with companies making mistakes if they take steps to fix it like Amp did. Once they arrived they were very helpful and quick. They've earned a customer despite the setback. (Tip: I recommend calling to schedule an appointment rather than emailing like I did, that seems to be the preferred/easier way to go.) read more

An outstanding professional team providing quality work. We had recessed lights added to two rooms in our house and a chandelier hung. We couldn't be happier and will definitely call AMP Electric for any electrical work in the future. read more

They were great! Lee was in constant contact while we were working on getting things scheduled. Les, who did the work at our house was on time, respectful of our home, and fixed everything we talked about. I would definitely recommend AMP Electric and will have them back in my home for any future work we need. read more

Excellent company! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Les M. came out today and fixed my lights in less than an hour. Les was honest and professional. He provided me with excellent customer service, he was very friendly and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. If I ever need electrical work done again, this is the company I will call. I highly recommend them. read more

Lee was professional, knowledgeable, flexible and most importantly he fixed my ceiling fan problem. I almost never leave feedback and I often find ways that service could have been better, not this time. Lee is great and highly recommended. Even though this was a small and quick job, it exceeded my expectations. read more

Amazing service! AMP came very fast and got the job done quickly. Even when given multiple jobs, it was done very quickly and professionally. Being new to Colorado, I had no clue about who to contact for electrical help. I found AMP here and no regrets! I will contact them for all my electrical needs! read more

I cannot say enough how pleased we are with Amp Electric and James VanDuzee. We had a random mysterious outage going on in our basement that we could not figure out. They came out the same day I called and were able to find and fix the problem after some searching. I highly recommend them and will be calling them again in the future for any electrical needs. read more

Excellent service! A few months ago, I had a small job that I needed done quickly. After reading reviews on a few sites, I decided on Amp Electric. Amp was on time, quick, reasonably priced and Wow--talk about great customer service! Amp is now my go-to! read more

These guys are great! I live in a 1970 house that has aluminum wiring that was pig-tailed by a different company. This has resulted in issues in one particular room in the house. That first company has come in several times to try to fix it, but they gave up and offered to rewire the room for a lot of money (even though they committed to sticking with us through all problems for a year - hasn't been a year yet). So I called Lee at AMP and he was very nice, came when scheduled to do a bid and talked through options with me. He said he could just create a new circuit in our problem area and it would be half the cost of what the other company quoted me. So I scheduled to have this done, and Chris showed up right on time and got to work. He did a great job. Sam came to join him later and he was awesome. One additional perk, that put a HUGE smile on my face was that they were so nice to my dog. :) I know - not a requirement for electrical work, but for this dog mama, that goes a long way! read more

I was looking for a reasonable priced electrician to fix 3 outdoor outlets. Amp Electric quickly returned my call, set an appointment, gave me an estimate and delivered on everything they promised. They called to see if they could come early. Sam was on-time, courteous and knowledgeable about what I needed done. He went above an beyond to do the job right. If you need a professional that is reasonably priced, AMP electric is worth the call. read more

Lee came in on short notice in the snow and did a wonderful job. Very nice guy and am very pleased with his work.

He did several projects for us, not all of them easy. He is diligent, fair, friendly, experienced, comprehensive, timely and easy to work with. I am calling him today for another project. read more

AMP Electric has done several jobs for us and each was done extremely well, with excellent customer service, attention to detail and a fair price. Just one example--AMP electric took the time to fix the wiring to our house's original doorbell, while another electrician simply told us to simply get a new wireless doorbell. Though a lot of folks might not care so much about a doorbell, we really enjoy having the original chimes and we're glad AMP electric worked with us to fix it. read more

Couldn't have asked for better service. Lee is great to work with. He and his assistant ran wiring for me new hot tub. They arrived on time, performed the service and Lee cleaned up like he was never there. Received other bids, and his was the lowest. He brings amazing service and quality at a very fair price. Will call him first in the future. read more

I don't often take the time to write reviews -- unless someone has gone above and beyond in my opinion. I contacted Lee at 9 am about a problem with (what I thought) was a circuit box. He had Zac out to my house within an hour. He analyzed the issue -- and had it fixed within minutes -- and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I have several electrical projects to be done around the house. I won't hesitate to contact Lee again!! Thank you for the exceptional service. read more

Zack came, did a great job, no bs, not outrageously priced. I plan on using them for some future work. Gave me options to the issue I was having and gave me some rough estimates on some future work. Good stuff use these guys. read more

Lee and his crew are great reliable electricians - we were referred to him by a friend and I am sooo glad to have found them!
