I was immediately greeted by Chris and his daughter who were running the store that day. As I perused through the showroom floor I immediately could tell that the quality of products were superior to those that I would normally find at a big box store like Lowes or Costco. This was definitely commercial quality stuff. I expressed my concern over the pricing and Chris reassured me that while the pricing was higher, the durability would make up for this. He had numerous examples of customers from his other business, Best Yard, who have had the same products sold in Brite Ideas for years. It felt good knowing that there was so much knowledge and experience inside that store and that Chris is putting his money where his mouth is by opening this store, which tells me he believes in the product. All in all I was very happy with my experience inside Brite Ideas and I will certainly be back to purchase lighting products for my home. Chris even informed me that he has an on staff consultant who can help me decide what would be the best plan when decorating my home. I also want to mention, we first used Mr Electric of Littleton (Yosemite location) 3 years ago, and they've been the only people we've used for our electrical work every since. There has been zero drop in quality of people, or work. We had a European light fixture we had to install, and as I learned they do not install the same in the US. Thankfully, Robert is from Poland so he knew exactly what that difference was! With some quick thinking, he found a very good solution to hang it. It wasn't the "intended" way to hang it, but after explaining to me (in detail) he made sure we were both in agreement that it was a good solution. I'm very impressed with how he managed to resolve this. Without him, I would've had to have somebody come in and replace the entire bracket. The fixture was very delicate, and he treated it as such. He even asked me for a soft pad to place pieces on as he worked. He was extraordinarily friendly, honestly it was like having a (electrician) neighbor come over. I just can't recommend him enough.
