It is something that I have never seen in a salon before and I have been in some of those "Hollywood" type salons when I lived in Indianapolis. The people were more of the attraction rather than the salon itself. I wasn't sure if they had real life zombies working there, but I made sure that someone with a pulse gave me my manicure when it was my turn. Really strange place and I never went back. The Salon on the other hand, everyone has personality and they offer all sorts of beauty services. It's a "Full Service" salon. And I am so happy that we have one around here within walking distance now. It's about time for me to go and get my hair trimmed up again so I better make an appointment with Rachael within the next week. I would and have recommended this salon to all of my friends and family and perfect strangers. She took her time to discuss my hair goals, needs and expectations. The parking lot is rather small and they still make you call in to announce your arrival to see if they can allow you in. I found this place because I saw a review that said someone travelled 4 hours to go here because Alicia did such a great job. I called & they said they had a hypo-allergenic hair color for me. I made the appointment & showed up on time with my mask etc. Alicia seemed super nice and the hair color did not burn my head. I liked the color and it turned out great except the roots were lighter than rest of my hair. My hair was super long and was giving me a head ache. I asked if she was really good with long,, thick & wavy hair. She said yes and I allowed her to cut it. It sadly was very chopped in the back. I was very sad. I did go back a 2nd time for root touch up though because I needed it & MI was just opening. When I asked her to blow dry the back with a little flip, she said something like "Nope not doing that!" I just said nothing and left. But that first visit, I should've known that something was wrong when she didn't want me to see the back of my hair until she curled it . She offered to curl it for free. I'm pretty sure it's because she was trying to hide the 2- layers that were cut without any blending. I finally went back to my regular salon & they had to cut more in order to fix it. So you can decide if you want to go here or not?

When I had my first appointment, I did full highlights, which cost around $80.00. The 2nd appointment, we only did a partial, but for whatever reason, it cost more for the partial highlight than the full.

Her experience began with the stylist dying her hair the wrong color. My mom said it was very red and they had to redo the color because it was not what she asked for. My mom said the stylist was "trying" to take care of multiple clients while she was there -which most likely attributed to the hair color error. To make the experience worse they allowed my mom to walk out of the salon with dye all over her face (see pics below). She asked if it could be cleaned off they told her she could "take care of that at home". My dad called me and said my mom came home in tears because of how rude they were to her. I called to talk to the manager and they told me she was out for the day... I suggest the managers take a look at how their employees act while they are off site. Thanks CC Bella Salon for ruining that Mother's Day gift.

I went in for a cut and color, and unfortunately the entire experience went very wrong. During the…read moreservice, my stylist made a noticeable mistake--there was a large chunk taken out of my hair. Instead of acknowledging it, she insisted it was just my eyes focusing on the contrast between colors. That response alone was frustrating, especially when the issue was clearly visible. The owner, Sarah, was brought over to fix it. She did address one side, but the other side was left uneven and still needed to be matched. Instead of completing the correction, she shifted her attention to her daughter, who also works there, and focused on doing her hair. When she returned to me, she simply said she had been working all day, was leaving, and that my cut would be complimentary. While I understand the gesture, I expressed that I didn't want a free service--I wanted my hair fixed. Unfortunately, there was no interest in making that happen. The appointment lasted five hours, and by the end of it, I was completely overwhelmed. I can have grace for a newer stylist making a mistake--what I can't overlook is the lack of accountability and professionalism. A simple acknowledgment and apology would have gone a long way. What was most disappointing was the owner's response. My husband called the next day on my behalf because I was so upset, and she never returned his call. Hair trauma is real. This experience has left me anxious and honestly afraid to trust another stylist. Very disappointing overall.
