I scream. You scream. We all scream for ICE CREAM! Had this twice in France and found it funny that as soon as I got back to nyc I saw one near time square lol. I guess that's a good thing for me :)

Pierre Hermé If you…read moreknow Pierre Hermé from social media and all the viral videos, then this review needs no introduction. But if you haven't, this is a strong contender for worthy macarons in Paris and at a convenient location across the street from Ladurée. Located inside L'Occitane in the most gorgeous floor space ever, you will find Pierre Hermé at the center of it all. They have an impressive array of flavors that were much more unique than other patisseries. I definitely asked for a few recommendations as well since I tend to order the same thing (pistachio, raspberry, lemon, etc.) The workers were very kind. They indulged my request to converse in French and corrected me in a respectful and endearing way (I know some people get upset at this idea but I personally prefer it.) I had ordered a dozen macarons but truthfully would've ordered the entire lot if I wasn't alone and especially if I wasn't already taking a ton of sweets back for my flight home. I am a Ladurée purist and what I can say is that Pierre Hermé definitely had the best and most unique flavors compared to the two. The prices are fairly comparable and the coffrets are just as tasteful. Both are strong contenders and worthy of your money. I certainly will be returning and look forward to trying the rest of their selection. (15/50--2025)

Pierre Hermé is home to some of the best macarons I've had in my life -- which is probably too many for the good of my health -- and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the macarons, the staff's attention to detail, and all the unique flavors this shop had to offer. As a popular macaron shop in one of the hottest tourist destinations in Paris, this location is undeniably crowded. There's usually a huge line circling around a central display of macaron after macaron. The line looks pretty intimidating, but it moves quite quickly, and there are so many flavors that it'll probably be helpful to have a bit of extra time to review the menu. My friend and I split a pack of four macarons, including their seasonal isapahan (rose, lychee, raspberry), infiniment praliné pistache, and a jardin de cassandre (red currant, rhubarb). The macarons were delightful. I loved the two seasonal items; they were delightfully fruity and slightly floral, and I loved the slightly tangy flavor from the raspberry in the isapahan and rhubarb / currants in the jardin de cassandre. The praliné pistache was nice and nutty, and the inner cream offered a great additional richness. It's usually super crowded so seating tends to be quite limited. My friend and I ended up taking our macarons to go and enjoyed them elsewhere as we toured Champs Elysée.

The vibe here is super cute, I love all the windows and you can see Notre Dame while you're eating. Docked a star because the host was NOT friendly, however, the server was soo sweet and we really liked her. I also wouldn't recommend the chai latte, it wasn't my fav (although it did have really cute latte art on it). All in all I would definitely return for another crepe and maybe try another drink.

The service was incredible and the decor is unmatched. The 3 Michelin stars are tasted in every bite, trust me. My favorite part was the strawberry pancake dessert and the lamb! Le Cinq is the three star Michelin restaurant inside the George V Hotel in Paris. Their website describes as: 'A Paris destination in its own right, Le Cinq by Christian Le Squer is synonymous with the apex of French modern and elegant cuisine, paired with the rarest wines selected by award-winning Head Sommelier Eric Beaumard. Its three Michelin stars are a reflection of the gastronomic experience of a lifetime - in one of the city's most majestic dining rooms.' In agreement with the Four Seasons description of Le Cinq, and as a hotel guest, reservations to dine was imperative. The ten course tasting menu was exquisite; plating presentation was beautiful and superlative. Among the highlights are the amuse bouche, pain et beurre, caviar cones, the seabass with ossetra caviar in buttermilk, Dublin bay prawns, foie gras, decadent chocolat blanc and of course the regional fromagé!! Not including the recommended wine pairings menu was probably a regrettable choice but keeping my mind sharply focus for work the following morning was my reasoning to graciously decline. Service was cordial and exemplary... it's staff of hommes were très beau. Dining at a three Michelin star restaurant Le Cinq was an extraordinary indulgence at a very elegant hotel which earns the iconic 'V' = Five star sensory experience.
