Very disappointed, Amore Pizza use to be my favorite place in town, however they have messed up my food more then three times now. They started to charge extra for everything. Cheese cake was messed up. Staff very rude and seem to not care about the costumer. I love Amore Pizza! If you're familiar with Ameci's.. this place used to be a franchise, but the owner bought it and made it his own. Same style pizza, but seriously better! It's real freakin' pizza. I'll say that the food we received was ok. The customer service was good from the initial order taker. We called to report that our order was wrong and some young guy answered and we thought it was being replaced. We called over an hour later to see where the replacement was and were answered by a rude older gentleman who really did not seem concerned that they had mad a mistake and that their associate did not relay to fix the problem after I had mentioned that my girlfriend is allergic to the topping they messed up. The people here were so nice. My friend and I had been driving for hours headed to Yosemite National Park and we were starving, and so indecisive. We asked 100 questions about everything and the guy was so patient with us. I ended up getting the philly steak and cheese which I loved with the melted mozzarella on top and we shared an order of wings. They let us split the order half garlic parm and half buffalo. SO GOOD.
