Poor excuse for a pizza joint. They completely messed up my pizza by not putting tomato sauce and only credit me for a topping. The entire $26.00 plus tip pizza was made wrong and I only get a "free" topping on my next order. What type of shit is that? Ordered pizza Friday night for delivery. They don't have a working website so I hoped the pic menu on yelp and online were current which they were. I called in and was helped quick, like another yelper mentioned - customer service sucks. But it was whatever's. Delivery was fast, they had said 45-55min and I think it was delivered from 30-40 mins which was great! Got 1 large 3 toppings pizza with 10 wings and it was around $21-$23. Super affordable! Pizza was amazing! Not your average Pizza Hut or dominions pizza. Love authentic flavor which is what they have! Tonight Monday 14th June was the first time we stopped in at this place to have some Pizza. There was no indoor eating as of this supposed last day of the restrictions in place , and perhaps that will change tomorrow. We ordered a Jumbo size Pizza with black Olive's , Mushrooms, sliced Tomato's and half Sausage and the other half Peperoni Total with tax-$19.84 plus a Dinner Salad $4.96 . After arriving home, we were surprised to find that the crust was thin (Artesian) style and the sauce or in this case the lack of sauce made this Pizza one to remember all right! the top of the Pizza suffered some slight burn's (nothing major) but just contributed to the overall poor quality of the Pizza. As far as the Cashier was concerned, she was very pleasant and helpful and bears no blame on this sad quality of a Pizza. I placed a call to the business and asked them to try and improve the Pizza for future customers. The nice gentleman who answered the phone stated that he will pass this on to the cooks. We will not be returning and hopefully have a better Pizza elsewhere. read more

I ordered 1 large pizza at 8pm and I was told it would be at my door in 45 minutes after I had to repeat myself about three times that I wanted the pizza delivered. I live only 5 minutes away but due to the fact it's a Friday night I didn't mind the wait. After an hour and no sign of my pizza I called back for an update, the man who answered the phone rudely interrupted me when I was telling him the situation and he asked me where the pizza was going. After I told him, he told me the driver had JUST left the building and it should arrive any minute with an annoyed attitude. Then silence. So I just hung up. Fast forward ANOTHER 20 minutes there's finally a knock at my door and it's the pizza. That was a total wait time of 1hour and 25minutes. For one large pizza. And my pizza was cold. They must have put it down as a pick up and never sent it out until I called for it. And the only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the pizza still tasted good. After a few minutes in my oven. This place needs new management who actually care about customer satisfaction. read more

1 star only because 0 star isn't available, this place is by far the worst at customer service once your order/money is taken. Ordered online placed order, and....that's it. You get a receipt of what you ordered, no tracking info at all, no time as to when one might expect it to arrive, just hold your breath and pray. After 70 minutes of waiting I had to call the pizza place where the order was sent to, only to be placed on an immediate hold as soon as they answered, waited 5 minutes hung up called back, same immediate hold scenario so I would just hang up and call back immediately myself it took 33 phone calls to finally get someone to say more than please hold and place me on hold! And that's when things really got bad they couldn't find my order to the name that it was under asked me three different times for the address that it was gonna be delivered to I don't know if the guy was death we're just old there's a transaction number that's given to you in the email when you placed your order I asked them if they needed that if that would help he had no clue what a transaction number is in fact he told me we don't use those??? WTF??? Then why did I get one just for kicks? He couldn't figure out what the order was or where it was going to so he transferred me to another person that gets on the phone says what's up what do you mean what's up? Isn't this a place of business how do you answer a phone like that and then he goes and tells me " your order just left " lmao sure it did. 15 mins later my cold as ice pizza and wings arrived. Amore Pizza is by far the best pizza and value you can get in Antelope Valley and surrounding cities. If I am not wrong this place used to be a franchise but a while ago someone purchased it and turned it into a real pizza gem. Made with real cheese, not too think and really crispy. I happened to stop here with my family our way down from MountainHigh. I yelped "pizza" and this place was the one closest to us without being too much out of the way. We were all glad we made the stop because the pizza was DELICIOUS!!! We ordered a jumbo pizza with ham, sausage, mushrooms, and pineapple. We also got a medium with pepperoni and sausage. We paired everything with a loaf of garlic bread with cheese. Everything was really good including the service. We were the only ones eating in but the phones did not stop ringing, people kept coming in to pick up, and deliveries were constantly going out. I'm sure it's a hit with the locals. Yumm!!! I viewed the menu on line, use the coupons on their site. The pizza was really good greasy & thin more of a east coast flavor. They lost a star because for a triple pepperoni pizza I didn't expect to be able to see any cheese & it still had some space BUT the mozzarella sticks were my favorite I ordered them crispy & cheese oozed with every bite, they went fast!
