Taking place inside Beverly Bagels outlet, Amo Coffee made it to my never-ending list of coffee shops to try. Despite the vibe was more of a bagel shop instead of aesthetic cafe, plenty of seats made the winning point here. Worry not about parking, it's very close to the 2-hour free parking structure on the same street. Their menu was pretty straight forward, and they did offer some cream-top options. Fancying something hot for my afternoon pick-me-up, I went for their Spanish Latte. Good news, milk substitution was free of charge and the barista was super nice. Properly served coffee with precise sweetness level I preferred for my Spanish Latte. It did have that cinnamon touch with the powder on top, giving that luscious warm wake-up cup. read more

wow. talk about smooth. the iced vanilla latte is just delicious. the cold foam balances the sweetness well. i am not a cinnamon person on coffee and didn't read the description if it was mentioned, but somehow against all odds, i truly enjoyed that too! this is a perfect morning, my bagel was toasted to perfection. I was excited to try Amo. However it didn't work. When I brought in my personal mug (which most places gladly accept), I was told they wouldn't pour coffee into it and that I had to use a single-use cup. It felt outdated, especially in a neighborhood where nearly every other coffee shops happy support small sustainability efforts. What made it worse was the attitude. The person behind the counter wasn't just firm, they were unnecessarily rude about it. No explanation, just a flat "no" that felt more like a brush-off. read more

I came here as the reviews had good results however, was disappointed in the iced matcha latte. If you like strong ceremonial grade matcha this isn't for you. The cold foam is very good but just lacks on the matcha. Service was very fast and the employee was very sweet. If you come here maybe try something a bit more coffee based ! read more

I was doing a DoorDash order for Beverly Hills bagels and the order was not ready and I saw Amo coffee was right in front so I decided to get a strawberry Matcha while I was waiting for the DoorDash order I was picking up. The barista was very nice, but talked a little bit too much like in the morning People are trying to get to work and do stuff. He was just kinda like slow and too relaxed specifically for that time of day in my opinion. I didn't like my Matcha so I asked him for a refund and he told me I would have to go into Beverly Hills bagels to get a refund and there were at least 10 people waiting in line so I just threw my Matcha away because I did not have time to sit in line for a refund, but it was the most disgusting matcha I've ever had in my life. The texture just was clumpy and gross after one sip I just couldn't do it anymore. I most likely will not be returning that was $11 lossed read more

The iced vanilla latte with cream top is solid. like really really solid. it's inside the beverly hills bagel shop with a walk up window, so you can grab a coffee and a bagel if you're up for it. lots of cute little shops surround it, and a great area in general to walk around with coffee in hand :) read more

Came on a Sunday at 11:45am, and ordered two bagels. The wait was like over 30 min. Also, they only have 1 bathroom and it was already clogged. The guy server was really rude. I wanted a refund and said the food was taking too long. He said asking about it won't make it be done faster. He was likely the manager. The bagel was not good, no flavor at all. Overall, I wouldnt come back since they don't seem to be properly staffed or organized and extremely rude. Felt like I was eating at a cafeteria. Go to Canters Deli or Layla's instead!! read more

Although I also enjoyed the egg plant. I can't tell you all the desserts that I ate. I ate all of that too. I literally only left half of a scone and the scones were fabulous as well. They were soft and they were fresh and I don't think i've ever had a fresh scone before so game changer! The service was perfect! Someone is coming by to pour you more tea. The toast, in particular, was a standout--the bread/toast itself was fantastic, and the cinnamon topping really took it over the top. As always, I picked up a loaf of bread to take home, and the challah did not disappoint. They make great coffee and tea drinks! To go I ordered a sliced loaf, eight cookies, and two morning buns. I shared of course, to spread the calories. We live their Briwn Butter Chocolate Chip cookies! I also.picked up some Oatmeal Poppy that were great! I did know they were gluten free! Gluten free folks - you will live them.
