I am getting no response. I've called 5 times, got an answer once with a promise to come look at it the next week. I just want them to come look at the roof and see if there something that can be done to remedy the leakage, but they will not respond. Have filed a claim with the BBB. I would not use them again based on their lack of response.

Only one guy showed up for our "crew" and he didn't seem prepared. He left our yard a mess for a week, had an unpredictable schedule, brought his toddler one day, soaked our mail, and filled up our garbage can. Then, most importantly, they claimed our scope didn't include our porch, after he started work on it. I guess he decided it was too difficult. The language in the quote sounded like it was included as "woodwork" although it didn't specifically say porch, and we'd had a verbal agreement to do the porch but they backed out and left it in bad shape. Be very careful. I would not recommend them.

We found Clint and hired him to gut our master bathroom. We had an old tub and small stand up shower. We always had wanted a his/her shower. Clint created a master piece for us. Those are the gray bathroom pictures uploaded. They did such a fantastic job that we hired him again to remodel our guest bathroom. Those are the pictures of the brown bath below. We also had Clint and his team gut this bathroom too. We chose tile for the shower and floor and bought a new vanity as well as other accessories. We also hired Clint and CHV to put a ceiling up in our downstairs so the rain from the upper deck would not get all our outdoor furniture wet and so we can use the downstairs all year long. They did a fabulous job. He is also going to put a railing in for our rock stairs and is going to pour a concrete slab for us. Clint we are not done with you yet!!! :-) Next year will be our kitchen. Clint will always be our go-to contractor. I highly recommend Clint and CHV Construction for any job you may have. They are versatile in all types of construction needs. They are respectful, kind, detail-oriented, clean up after each day and cost efficient. Clint will actually let you know if he was paid too much as well as if he comes in lower than the free quote he initially provided. He does not try to upsell you, however will give great advice if you ask him. Good luck in your future projects!

I am uploading only photos of my home this time, per review guidelines. I self-contracted our home for the last 6 months and have knowledge on the subject as I was forced to have several roofers, contractors, and manufacturers inspect Alex's work. Our superintendent even got in touch with Alex's crew directly and they informed him that they knowingly used a bad batch of shingles because they were trying to dry in the home too quickly. It was also evident that the underlayment ice shield was not pulled tight as it should have been, which caused the ripple effect. I will not excuse the framers (as Alex points out) for their part, but the issue with shingles and ice shield were not because of framing. You can see in the images the issues caused by the framing and then you can clearly see rippling as well. The sheathing did not delaminate but did warp, and a good/responsible roofer would call that out instead of knowingly installing bad shingles on a roof you know will have issues. Perhaps Alex has been roofing longer under a different company... but his original license was issued in 2022. I prefer not to communicate this way but as Alex has not replied to a single text message or call, it seems this was the only option to get his attention.
