There is a sticker that says to tip in cash if you can - I only carry my card on me but happened to have some cash in my car. I left my mother in the salon while I went to collect cash as tip for my nail tech and the owner abruptly yelled at my mom for me leaving and stating she NEEDED to pay the bill while my mother wasn't even half way done with her services. I came back inside and my mother stated how uncomfortable she felt so I went up to the owner and stated how I was just collecting cash from my car while my mom was still finishing her services. He started being stern with me saying "well you just left" and I asked him if he can apologize to my mom for making her uncomfortable in the middle of her services and he walked away and started raising his voice at my mom stating she shouldn't have taken it the wrong way. I've never been so disrespected and given horrible hospitality in my life. And on top of that her nail tech wasn't that great. And neither was mine.
