Very disappointed with my experience at Luxe Spa…read more I had a facial on 9/5 that unfortunately did not meet my expectations for a nearly $200 service. The dermaplaning felt rushed, and afterward my skin was noticeably irritated, which is unusual for me as someone who has had dermaplaning done regularly. The overall experience also wasn't particularly relaxing. There were several instances where products or jars were placed down loudly enough to startle me while I was trying to relax. For a service marketed as a relaxing, luxurious experience, those details really matter. To be fair, the esthetician was very friendly and kind, so my concerns are not about her personality. What has been even more disappointing is the lack of customer service afterward. I emailed Luxe Spa on 9/8 explaining my concerns and asking someone to reach out to discuss the experience and how it could be made right. After receiving no response, I followed up, and I still have not heard anything. I intentionally reached out privately first because I wanted to give the business an opportunity to address my concerns before leaving a public review. Unfortunately, being ignored after spending nearly $200 on a service feels extremely unprofessional. I expected much more from Luxe Spa and will not be returning.

I have been going for sessions for about a year. I started bringing my mom too. I have recommended them to several people. I had laser done, but it doesn't deal with fine, facial hair or gray hair. So I switched from laser to electrolysis' and even tho results are slower. They are much more successful. Also I could speed up the process, but I don't like to go for longer than 30 minutes at a time. I did my eyebrows, so no more threading, chin, upper lip, and will be staring bikini area soon, before moving on to underarms. I hate shaving and the prices here are reasonable.

The numbing cream works wonders, and in a week or two your skin looks plump, with more benefits in 4-6 weeks. Which was a devastating blow to my confidence. I assumed that meant, I would look 10 years older, in a year. Also the chemo is making my face break out. Talk about a huge whammy! Mallory did a wonderful hydrating facial, with Papaya enzymes and lipids. My skin feels and looks amazing! This is now part of my regular rotation. Nothing zaps collagen from your face than chemo.
