I also informed her I drove an hour to get to this appointment, she proceeded to tell me I must have forgotten I canceled it and they could not see me. I could wait in the waiting room and they would squeeze me in when they could but no estimate on how long I would have to wait. She did not apologize once and stated "I have kids I have no patience for this kind of thing". I then asked to speak to a manager who was unavailable so I asked if she could call me when she had time, it's been 4 months now she still hasn't called me. I then called cooperate who assured me they did not have an incoming call from my number on said date. I asked someone from cooperate management to call me I was assured someone would call me, again it's been 4 months and still nothing. This was the Rochester location. I have been to this location several times before this with no issues but this was very disheartening. Very sloppy business practice, not customer focused. Would not recommend!!

They were also very understanding and easy to reschedule with on the many, many occasions my fluctuating work schedule or family emergencies made me suddenly unavailable. Just what I needed. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. As a result. I cannot get any injections, chemical peels, or anything that is not hydrating or natural, while in chemo. Which was a devastating blow to my confidence. I assumed that meant, I would look 10 years older, in a year. Also the chemo is making my face break out. Talk about a huge whammy! Mallory did a wonderful hydrating facial, with Papaya enzymes and lipids. My skin feels and looks amazing! This is now part of my regular rotation. Nothing zaps collagen from your face than chemo. After 23 painful treatments (one which actually burned my daughter to the point where I had her treated by a dermatologist otherwise she would have scarred), my daughter has just as much hair under her arms as the day we walked in. We asked for a refund, since we were told the treatments were guaranteed to work, but they have refused. So I paid over $1,700 for absolutely nothing. I have taken them to small claims court and we're awaiting the judge's decision. Rather than face me in court, Diane sent her husband (whom I've never met) and their attorney. During the hearing, they both claimed that my daughter was not burned even though I provided the dermatologist report as evidence. Michael Spitale had the nerve to complain to the judge that we were writing bad reviews about his company. What did he expect? He took our money, didn't provide us with the result that was promised and physically harmed my daughter in the process and then lied about it. Did he expect me to write a wonderful review? I wouldn't recommend Rochester Laser Spa to my worst enemy.
