I mean customer service and just overall people there who really made you feel good, welcomed and taken care of. I had to bring my son and they offered him snack and drinks and let him sit in his own area to play video games as he could not come back with me to get my shot. JOSH -offered me water and snacks and explained the surgery in detail and reassured me of how easy and virtually painless procedure that it was and how quick it would be. He made me feel good, confident and cared for. He was very attentive kind and had a great sense of humor. He was like this with the ladies next to me as well, other patients. Thank you Josh! BRI- was very much the same as Josh. Very sweet, attentive informative and we made small talk about nursing school and about how she just finished and can't wait to take the Nclex. She offered me refreshments as well and was very kind to talk to me which eased my anxiety of the unknown. She seemed very bright and cheerful and honestly she made the process so easy! From the minute I walk-in, I'm greeted by warm friendly faces -- the front office staff are super helpful, professional, and kind. The doctors of physical therapy perform medical grade massages, hitting all the tight, stiff, and sore places. Anytime I have a flare up, the doctor can get me moving again! The chiropractic doctors provide gentle adjustments that keep me feeling good and moving nicely throughout the week. I finish my session with physical therapy, planned by the doctor and guided through with the aides. The aides are all kind, professional, and helpful! Overall, I'm so glad I found OC Wellness PMG as their care has increased my quality of life tremendously and helped me feel much more like pain-free-self again!

His nurses are very caring . The PAs are so helpful and care for your well being. They make sure you don't have pain. Beware don't smoke Pot, eat edibles or take anything illegal. Dr Harris and team make you sign a contract telling you upfront he will stop treating you and stop meds if you take them. They give random drug tests all the time! I respect them as Dr Harris has treated me since 2015 when I broke my back in an accident. He is so smart and knows how to help get rid off your pain . His attitude was essentially: "You're in pain? That's too bad!" That's not medical care--that's arrogance. And shocking for a Dr that manages pain to just ignore everything you say, ignore mri results showing the severity of my injury, inability to function normally because of the pain.. to just kick you to the curb. This doctor would rather let a patient suffer than spend even a few minutes doing his job. If you're expecting compassion, problem-solving, or even basic professionalism, save your money and go somewhere else. You will not be heard here.

Dr. Sandoval heard my experiences & issues over the years of treating the issue and broke things down while also educating me on what was going on in my body and how we were going to work towards getting to a better place. From having pain the moment I woke up to get out of bed to currently getting out of bed and forgetting I have back issues at times has been a pretty shocking shift for over a month into treatment. I'm still a work in progress and following the exercises while getting treated but having seen great progress already I'm pretty excited for what more time and work will accomplish in the future as the treatment continues. As a result, I have no cartilage between my leg and foot and severe arthritis. I have lived with pain the entire time. Whenever I asked a practitioner for something for the pain, they either suggested ibuprofen or said they don't prescribe opioids. Hmm, I wonder if that's a liability thing? Rosemary engaged in dialogue with me about my pain. Describe what your pain is like--dull, throbbing, shooting? When did I feel it? What brought it on? What made it worse, etc. After these conversations she explained her diagnosis and therapeutic plan. She started me on a milder pain medication regimen and, when I didn't get relief, either increased dosage or changed medication. What I appreciate, among many aspects of her practice, is her belief that no one should live in pain. Her level of care and respect are exemplary. I wish all primary care practitioners shared her beliefs.

After spending more than 90 minutes in the office, we were simply told to return to the same pain management doctor she had previously seen and intentionally chose not to go back to. Rather than showing empathy trying to understand why we were seeking another opinion, he questioned our decision and offered little meaningful guidance. The entire experience left us feeling dismissed, frustrated, and unsupported at a time when compassionate care was most needed.

Shortly after hanging up the phone, I got a text from the young girl who scheduled my appointment. She asked me to send her a copy of my driver's license by replying to the text, which I promptly did. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at the office 15 minutes early to fill out any additional paperwork. The girl answering the phones was busy making an appt for a new patient which, as I already knew, is very time-consuming. There were two other staff members present, but apparently none of them were trained to hand me my new patient check-in forms because they told me I'd have to wait. So finally, around 15 minutes later, the young girl was done with her phone call and able to check me in. The only problem is that I was not on their schedule. Not only that, but they didn't seem to have any record of me at all. Had I gone to the wrong office?? I scrolled through my texts to find the one requesting my license, in which the girl had stated her name. I said "isn't this you?" Yes, it was her and I was at the right place. Why am I not on the schedule at the time we discussed?? According to the young girl, she never received the picture of my license (which, from my end, had been sent), so she cancelled the appointment. No follow-up call requesting my license again. I don't even think I got a call letting me know they were cancelling the appt, although they had already set the precedent of communicating by text, so it would've been appropriate to send a follow-up text. When I pressed her to find out why there was no follow through, she said that she only works there part-time, so there was no way for her to follow up with me the next day, as it was her day off. Now, I don't solely blame her. She was obviously rather young and inexperienced and was just doing her best. But what a terrible lack of management that there are no procedures in place to handle this kind of thing! And what kind of establishment just cancels an appt after I obviously wanted to see the doctor, based on my initial investment of time in scheduling the appt?? I had already waited a couple of weeks for my appt, and I was in a tremendous amount of pain due to a pinched nerve in my neck. On top of that, they had wasted another 20 minutes of my time since I had arrived at the office for my appointment. The best they could do was to apologize and offer me an appointment in another week or so. No thanks. At this point, I think the appropriate thing for the doctor to do would be to see me that day. I understand maybe he was completely booked. Then he should stay late. I would've come back at the end of the day. I had already arranged to have the afternoon off from work so that I could be seen by him, and I find it inexcusable that the office is run in such a way that the staff just cancels appts because of one small piece of information missing. They demonstrated a total lack of consideration for my time and circumstances.

Dr. Ho is especially compassionate and takes time to really listen, which we didn't always experience with other pain specialists we tried. He is thorough but also efficient during follow-up visits, and he helped significantly reduce her pain with steroid injections when medications alone were not enough. Walking in before the appointment, my mom could not sit up and had to lay down on the waiting room couch. After the procedure, my mom has been able to walk short distances without her cane.
