HI my name is Favio, i bought a Funhouse pinball machine from Amini's a couple of weeks a go from Jeff, he told me and send me 2 videos from the machine to show me that the case and play field was in very good condition, he also told me that this pinball machine was a house own only machine, also i spoke to Brian that he said the machine has regular wear from the time the machine was made 1990, but that i was in good working condition. i mention to both Jeff and Brian that rudy eyes need to be close when machine is not in use, they told me they have a lot experience in the machines and that they will take 2 weeks to check everything and they will send the machine in working conditions. all of this was a BIG DISHONEST LIES!!!!! the play field in the machine is in such bad shape, that need a new one , where the number 7 is was fix with some glue and when the ball travels thru there is not flat, terrible. also Rudis eyes still open why this never was fix, i told them both about this, but they are so dishonest that the only they care was to ship a broken machine to a person that save for a long time$5500 to buy a machine in a GOOD WORKING conditions. i am so disappointed with AMENIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

WOW, I never thought buying items for our home would be so convenient. I've now had two experiences shopping at this store. The first, I purchased a game system for my husband's birthday. The experience was absolutely delightful. They delivered it within the same week and helped me make a surprise gift easy. 10/10! Our second was a home run! We just had our pool furniture delivered and I can't say enough great things about our experience. Eric helped us in the store. He hand picked items that fit our budget, design and overall goals. The owner, Arash, even came by and played with our 1 year old daughter while we were shopping! The customer service agent set up the delivery and worked around our schedules and the delivery team was clean, professional and smiled the whole time while they were sitting everything up. My wife and I ordered a pool table cue rack using the online option. We later learned that the cue rack we ordered was no longer available from the manufacturer in the finish we needed. We were very disappointed with this news, as this was the last piece needed to finish our game room. So we contacted Amini's sales manager Kevin to explain the situation. Upon learning of the situation, Kevin went above and beyond to take care of us! He contacted the manufacturer and arranged for them to send a replacement cue rack, in our desired finish, to us free of charge! We received the cue rack in good order and are very pleased with how it looks. I would like to thank Kevin for all of his efforts and great customer service. I just bought 8 power leather theater seats at Amini's in Chesterfield. The store is beautiful and HUGE, but the best part is how friendly and helpful the sales people were. My husband and I always look for American Made products. When I told this to our sales person, Jeff Collier, he pointed out all the American Made seats they had in stock. The theater seats we purchased were made in Tennessee! I was surprised at the amount of American Made products that Amini's carries. The warranty is excellent but I don't think I will need it because the quality of the seats is awesome. I am so happy to be able to shop local and buy American. I will definitely be back to purchase more American Made products! read more

I was amazed at all the wonderful items and huge selection on display at Amini's! The store has two levels and has everything you can imagine for your home. I purchased an outdoor patio set and some light fixtures from Jaffe Lighting, which is located in the upper level of the store. While I was in the store, they were setting up a display for outdoor grills and I can't wait to go back to buy one to go with my new outdoor furniture! The sales staff was very informative and helpful. If you are building a new home or looking to update your current home, I highly recommend that you go to Amini's! I have purchased a pool table and shuffleboard from their Oklahoma store. I was in St.Louis for business and stopped in. WOW!! What a facility. Again, I was greeted warmly and professionally and took time to checkout their home theater department. Yet another WOW!!! literally dozens of models to choose from. The Tulsa store had about 12-15 sets but this showroom is much larger and has a HUGE selection. I was able to select the seats I wanted, puchased them (12 in total) and they were having the store in Tulsa deliver the chairs to my lake house. This is a class organization all the way! read more

A few weeks ago we happened to be in the Chesterfield valley area, and were in the mood to peruse the selection of very fine outdoor furniture items and assorted accompaniments. At no time did we ever feel pressured by any salesperson--it was more of a polite attentiveness. While we ended up not purchasing any of the aforementioned items, I did end up buying a rather fancy wood/charcoal electric starter called a Looftlighter. Anyone can sell you a product, but Amini's sells excellent products with excellent service all the way through. We love the gas firepit, green egg, and patio chairs we bought. Unfortunately, one of the patio chairs was damaged in the shipping process. The manufacturer just wanted to paint it over which was not at all satisfactory to Amini's. Eric and Deanna of Amini's made it right by replacing the entire damaged chair. With service like this, we know from whom we will buy our next furniture, game, lighting, or Persian rug. I recently bought 4 wicker chairs at Amini's. I had a lot of questions and Gary answered them all and helped me make the right decision. He explained the pros, cons, and maintenance of each type of chairs. Unfortunately a leg on one of the chairs came unraveled a short time later.
