During my parents' initial visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Karen Wang, who was also very warm and welcoming to both them and me. In these difficult times, Dr Romero's office called me first thing this morning. Impressive. And they calmly and clearly explained to me the charges and payments on my account. When I discovered this I called them and offered to give them whatever was left in my bank account to prevent me going to collections while I disputed this with my insurance. They gave me 5 days to either pay or receive payment from insurance. they were super distrusting and rude over the phone :(
