Best Mexican food in town, and as far as the prices go you will not find a place in town that is easier on your wallet than this place.

Personally,I thought the food was on the spot.I had the Cheese Enchiladas and it was pretty darn delicious.It is coated and filled with quality cheeses. The beans were just right with the rice.If you still have room for dessert I recommend the Fried Che-esecake.I was literally blow away by the unexplainable flavor. Beware the steps! Ate here our last night in Eureka and it was good, reasonably priced. BUT! Beware the entrance/exit stairs. They are extremely steep and can be dangerous. As we were leaving a woman fell down from about 4 steps from the bottom, hit her head on the sidewalk, unconscious and bleeding from her head. She came to shortly before the ambulance arrived and left on a stretcher. Take your time and use the hand rails. read more

Beautiful location in downtown Eureka Springs. We stopped in middle of the afternoon for a late lunch. Service was great and so was the food. My husband and a taco and enchilada, and I had two soft chicken tacos. We both had beer on tap. Salsa and chips were so good and there was a spicy green salsa that my husband enjoyed. Went here for lunch one day and it was everything I hoped it would be. The food had amazing flavor to it as did the drinks. The place inside looked authentic and it was the perfect spot to grab a good Mexican lunch. I will say it was awfully cold in the restaurant. My wife and daughter had to wear a jacket even though it was 90 outside. I would say bring the temperature up a few degrees and you will be good. Great Mexican food....and music! We sat on the patio with our puppy. Many umbrellas for shade of dining during the day. Staff was great. It was near closing time and we still couldn't be happier with the chips & salsa, cheesy enchiladas, and the burrito dinner. Frozen margaritas were perfect for a warm summer night. Service and food were amazing!!! The food came out fast and piping hot! The margaritas were so good too!

Very good! While you do have to pay to park, the lot is just across the street. The menu had ample variety and the prices were excellent. The chips were hot and the queso was good. The patio seating is nice and shaded and they even brought out a water dish for someone who had their dog with them. It looked like there was plenty of seating inside. They had a decent vegetarian section and a kids menu. The waitresses were very attentive and refilled our drinks without prompting. The portions were big and both my mom and I took nearly half our meals in a to-go box. Everything I had was good. I would definitely eat here again and would highly recommend for anyone who doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg on (good) food. read more

Amazing food and wonderful wait staff. My family needed to get out of the house, and decided to drive out to Eureka Springs and have lunch somewhere. Due to COVID, we had to take our food to go. First off, the wait staff was very friendly. Very personable, and our drinks and food were out to us very quickly. I had the street tacos (I think it was Maria's tacos?), and they were delicious. My son's kids meal burrito was so big he couldn't even eat it all (and that boy can eat). My oldest son and my wife had the shrimp tacos, and they said they were really good as well. I am looking forward to going back to Eureka Springs and eating inside or out on the patio when we are able to. read more

GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE We were in town on vacation from Idaho heard about the restaurant downtown absolutely the most delicious Mexican food we've had in quite a long time . Service was excellent had a cute little waitress named Tayler very courteous ,very efficient ,and checked on us several times refilling our drinks great atmosphere delicious food. Very busy restaurant seams a little short on staff our little waitress had several tables inside and outside. She really hustled her butt to get everybody taken care of she really did an awesome job. Next time we're in town we will definitely eat here again. Thank you Tayler for a great lunch and experience in Eureka Springs. We had Cheese Enchiladas tacos , chicken fingers, shrimp salad .. Food is OK at best looks and taste like it came straight out of the microwave. Salsa tastes like straight tomato paste and came out of a tin can (definitely not homemade). Service is horrible (and no it was not busy and more than enough staff moving at a snails pace). So glad we ordered the $8 lunch definitely would have been really disappointed if I had paid more! This was our final dinner while visiting ES. We were seated immediately and the service was generally fine. I ordered a mojito, which was huge and just okay. The house salsa is AMAZING! It was difficult to not eat it all. I had a ribeye dish, I forget the name, smothered in a tomato sauce and added shrimp. It was also amazing! It comes with rice and refried beans which are bland but typical of any American-Mexican restaurant. I would definitely order this dish again. My husband had the steak fajitas which were good, not amazing, but still good. After getting our food, the attentive service ended. I was so full that I needed to stand up! I stood for at least five minutes trying to get a server's attention. We weren't really in a hurry so not a big deal. Definitely delicious and I would definitely return for that salsa, steak and shrimp. read more

This is our second time inEureka. It seems since its cold this weekend that there aren't crowds of people. So we walked to Amigos. Not a great review but also not bad reviews on Yelp. Walked in and only about 1/4 full at 7 on a Friday night. Our server was nice but honestly with each server only have two maybe three tables it should have been exceptional service. It was average. We ordered guacamole and cheese dip as an app. Neither was great just average. The limes they brought out for our beers ( 4 of us ) were dried out and had to track down the waiter for more. Our entrees were average at best. Not bad but definitely not the quality of most of the other restaurants here. If you're looking for good food I'd pick any number of the other restaurants. However, if you've got kids or just dying for mediocre food and service...stop in. read more
