Exceptional customer service. The technician that came out diagnosed in 5 minutes and took. The time to explain what was broken and a basic overview of how the system worked. I used to be an electrician so I know he wasn't trying to oversell me on services I didn't need. Basically my capacitor went out and that was the main issue. The relay had contacts that needed replacing which I agreed with him on replacing plus he installed another complement to enhance the longevity of the system. Not to mention he did a coil cleaning. All that for $850 and less than 20 minutes I hate my AC working. We all know how essential getting the AC to work in September in Temecula. Not sure if the price is expensive or not because I didn't get several quotes but from contact to working AC in less than 2.5 hours was worth it. P.s. Hindsight I felt disrespected in my own home. Can't be over charging people for simple little issues and lying about cost of parts the internet is your friend just do the research and avoid being scammed.
