Awesome pies, especially being out of NY for 7 years, this place has become an Oasis to me. Excellent Pizza, it is my new "Go To" place!

Very small pizzeria in a shopping center. Pizza and side dishes are tasty and well prepared. Never had delivery from here. Always went and picked it up. Only downside (just a preference) : slices are super paper -thin. However, the ingredients are really good and the pizza is very consistent. If you like thin crust, then this place is well worth the trip. read more

4 of us went in for dinner tonight and we were seated by the window. We soon realized the heat wasn't working. This should have been mentioned before we were seated. It felt colder inside than outside. The one and only waiter took our order, the food finally came out and he never once came back to see if we needed anything else. There were no back waiters or busboys working, just the one waiter. The food wasn't even hot just warm when it finally arrived. We asked if he was the owner and he said "no, I'm just a waiter." When we asked for the owner, he said "he's on vacation, he always on vacation and they only have just me working tonight ." We will not be going back ever again read more

Going in to pick up the pie I was not greeted, however that didn't bother me in the least. The people seemed friendly and they clearly had a lot of regulars in to pick up their pies. The pizza was very sweet tasting, presumably from the sauce (we got a pepperoni pie and a Sicilian) The crust was also extremely thin. Slice pie pizza is delicious tasting. The sauce is tasty-and the crust is perfect-no too doughy or hard. I eat the top crust, to me that's a sign that the pizza's better than good. I just moved into an apt complex nearby and when the delivery guy came, he asked if we were coming or going, (he saw the boxes). We said, coming and he replied "Well, welcome to the neighborhood!" Having been in customer service practically my whole life you remember special little tid bits like that! It was a nice touch. Same thing in the pizzeria/everyone's super friendly-seems like a nice family. It's definitely a local place which is cool. Only been in there a few times but it's always pretty busy/people seated as well as take out. I have also eaten dinner from there as well. Chicken Marsala was great! Not slimey and over salted like most places. Tasted really mushroomy. I like that! Will keep giving them my business for sure. read more

Customer service unacceptable. I was talked to as though, I did something wrong. I was supposed to get a free soda with my order, they forgot. No problem, everyone makes a mistake sometimes. I call they say ok will send him right back. I'm waiting, waiting, to no avail. I call back, they tell me someone came and rang my door bell. Not true that bell will wake the dead. The person tells me he can't keep coming back. I said, I want my soda today. He asks me if I wanted them to go up on the roof. I said, no, I am on the 1st floor. He continues to speak to me in an unacceptable manner with no apology. Food was pretty good. It's sad I won't order, again. I guess repeat business doesn't count. read more

This place was the Ravenna Osteria. It is located in a shopping mall right off of Division Street with ample parking. You walk thru the Pizzeria to the back and there you are in the Restaurant . It has a nice clean décor with a gas fireplace, real cloth napkins. Frank Sinatra as background music almost a 60's vibe. Large menu. We started with clams on the half shell, very fresh, Veal Marsala which was wonderful and ended with spumoni which was huge. Prices very reasonable. You will not leave hungry. Older waiters provided excellent service with out being overbearing. Prices were extremely reasonable. Will definitely go back . Make reservations after 6PM it does get very busy read more

We just had my daughter's Confirmation Party at Raveena and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The food, service, atmosphere was excellent. Anthony and his staff were professional and very friendly. You couldn't beat the amount of food that was served for the price. We always get our pizza here - the best around! We stopped in for the first time Saturday for a take out meal, while waiting we had a slice. I always try a regular slice when testing a new place. The pizza was as good as I get in some Brooklyn pizzerias. Thin crust and just the right ratio of cheese to sauce with a little evo, a smige short on spices in the sauce but very enjoyable. I was looking forward to our spaghetti in meat sauce and side order of meatballs, another test of a good Italian Restaurant, if you cannot make it you fail. Amici's failed. I think they buy ground meat a StopandShop. Although ground as fine as the meat in a taco at Taco Bell every third bite had your teeth going through gristle, a touch of garlic and salt the only spice found in the heavily laden meat sauce. The sauce also was lacking spices. The meatballs I have to say were lacking taste and the very same as other pizzerias that don't care and are just looking for a consistency to slice later on a pie. So disappointed. We went often to the restaurant next door when it was Ravenna Osteria it was so four star we took out of town guests to introduce them to real Italian cooking, veal or chicken you could cut with a fork etc. I gave Amici's 2 stars for its pizza and its cleanliness, that's what most people care about anyway. They'll get a star from people just because they deliver. The same people rate a place based on their wings and beer and nothing else. If Amici's also services the restaurant area don't spend your money there, LaVilletta route 6 across from Walmart is a better pizzeria for food other than pizza,Novecento if you want the table cloth type of restaurant and service. read more

Not the same since the new owners. Used to go at least one a week for over 15 years tried it three time under the new owners just not good. Don't know what they did, but they did it wrong. Go to Euro's or Napoli's pizza worlds better. read more

The pizza was alright, it was very greasy and the crust was very flat. The mozzarella sticks are clearly just some cheap frozen sticks from a bag. Definitely not worth the money. read more

We are locals and can't say enough about how great their food is. We've enjoyed their pastas, breaded chicken cutlets, salads, wings, pizzas and sandwiches. Big portions, great prices, fastest delivery! I used them to cater for my daughters first birthday. Delivery was punctual and they added extra free of charge. read more

Absolutely amazing food, yet it's hard to decide what's better food or people who work there! On my way to the park with the family we just happened to stop by the shopping center and found this amazing pizzeria! We had the best calzones ever. The owner himself has been working there for a few decades and is the most pleasant man that you can imagine. I observed the way food is being prepared and let me tell you that you that it's rare to find a place where part of the ingredient in making a pizza pie is love and appreciation. The plaque above the counter kindly informs that Amici only uses the best grade cheese, quality product undeniably is a big part of the secret to a successful recipe (be it pizza or any business) right? Very glad we stopped by! The place also does deliveries which means no more bad Italian food in my house ;) and.... Did I mention the prices... Well it's really not worth talking about dollars because the amount you will leave there won't make your wallet lighter just a belly that's a whole lot fuller! read more

This is one of the better pizza spots in Peekskill, however the clerk has on a couple of occasions been snarky and rude over the phone.

My family and I ate at this restaurant tonight and firstly, the service was very bad but still not the worst thing about it. I had the gnocchi which was inedible, overcooked, and tasted like canned tomatoes and salty dish soap, and was cold when it came out, we sent it back and the waitress graciously took it off the bill. Then come the end of dinner, we got the cheesecake, in which we found a large piece of plastic that had made it into the batter, which finally after a night of bad service and a number of disappointments, we figured we ought to complain to the owner about. At first the owner didn't come out, and when he finally came over and we told him about the food, the plastic, the bad service, rather than apologizing, he started defending it saying he tried the gnocchi and it was, "not that bad" (three of us tried my plate--it was disgusting), and the PLASTIC in the FOOD was "just a mistake." He did nothing to make it right and was extremely rude to us. Unacceptable and not worth the exorbitant price of mediocre food. read more

Best pizza around, and the food is even better. I would recommend everything on the menu. Only bad thing is that they charge for delivery, depending on where you are the charge ranges from 1 to 3 dollars. So tack on tip and you are paying way to much for a pizza and sometime they take up to an hour and a half. I just go pick it up myself. read more
