I usually get a personal pie; they have good ones and bad ones, don't get me wrong, but they can make a good pizza! The cheese is usually pretty light, not too thick; the sauce has a nice taste to it, and the crust adds to a nice bite, just if they did the undercarriage just a slight bit more, and sometimes, but very few if is just way WAY too much cheese, and one time it looked like someone just slapped the cheese on there without even looking. I would give a 5 Stars/Great, but the service is usually fine, but there are sometimes where I have to wait way longer than they say the estimated time for; once, I went almost 2 hours without a pizza. Besides the crust sometimes and the cheese and the long delivery, the actual place is nice, good feel, nice case where you can see all the pies offered, nice soda/drink selection as well, but the parking lot is a bit tight, though. Ate there once, and my food was pretty quick and VERY fresh. Nice spot! I would recommend it if you are looking for a nice slice in the area and if you are visiting. Also, when I go down to the Bronx for Yankee games, we always stop and grab a slice or 2 for the road from Slice.

I order from here often, but after this experience, I won't be ordering again…read more I understand that mistakes can happen, especially with a local business. However, this has happened multiple times, and at this point it feels like there's a lack of care when it comes to getting orders right. When ordering slices online, there is no way to select the type of slice you want (you have to leave your request in the comments). If they don't have what you asked for, instead of calling to confirm, they will ignore part of your order and send whatever is easiest--or, if you're "lucky," they'll take a pre-made plain slice, throw on toppings to get it as close as possible, reheat it, and send it without ever checking with you. What made this worse was their response when I called. I was told they didn't need to confirm the order because it was placed online and already paid for, so they would just give me what they had. The lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating, and it honestly makes me regret giving them another chance after previous mistakes with my order. Also, despite advertising no delivery fee, they charge both a delivery fee and a convenience fee. TL;DR: If you want the best chance of getting what you actually ordered, place your order in person.

I've used it on several occasions. Most business have various times you can pick food up. Calabria time is 30 minutes before the business closed. I went in five minutes earlier, showed my order to the man on register. He asked me to have a seat. He told the other person/worker in the store. I received a box of pizza. When I opened it, it looked like garbage, five slices of pizza they would discard. I have never went to a business, going through too good to waste, where I have felt like I had received garbage. That speaks for the character of a business. With pickup time 30 minutes before closing, there are many food that would fulfill the too good to waste category. For a reduced price, I was given old pizza slices that look like they were sitting around all day. I asked if he can warm it, and he said no. I told him that I have two orders, and he gave me basically the same thing he gave me the first time. Very, very disappointed. Again, this speaks to the character of a business, because thirty minutes before closing, they are many things that are too good to go or throw out. You do not give a customer something that you would throw out. Instead, you give a customer something that is too good to throw away.
