I don't think I can express just how good this place is, but here goes. We stumbled upon this little eatery while doing some shopping. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, ushering us in and seating us right away. They had some delicious looking food on display in the case, which I took as a good sign. Their isn't an English version of the menu, but the owner was quick to help with any questions we had about any of their offerings.
For food, they have a variety of sandwiches, salads, and bowls with veggies on top of rice, barley, or farro. I had the Vincio bowl, and let me tell you I cannot stop thinking about it to this day. It was a bowl with barley topped with shredded zucchini, cherry tomatoes, black olives, a dollop of pesto, and a drizzle of olive oil. I swear that was the freshest pesto I've ever had. I don't remember the name of the salad my dad had, but it was topped with fresh mozzarella, shrimp, and a balsamic glaze. He was speechless while eating it.
All of this food was so good, that we came back the next day for lunch. I had the Vincio again, and regretted nothing. This place is a MUST for anyone doing some shopping along Via del Corso. 15/10 would recommend. read more
