I'm very happy to have found these honest, knowledgeable, kind folks. Ladies, if you're anything like me ... know how to drive a car (that's debatable per my brother!) but know little about maintenance and repairs...go here! I hate to admit, I fall into the category of these type of women when it comes to the auto thing! I know many women are very smart in this respect but I'm just not. I'm "auto naive". I believe my colleague (who's father who passed away even did business with them years ago) when she says they will honestly tell you what service you need. They will not lie and tell you something else needs repair to make more money off you. There is no such thing as a "30,000 mile maintenance with a 30 point check" or whatever said the son to me when we discussed what the dealer service told me. He cautioned me: that's a way for dealers to tell the auto naive of "problems" that do not exist. Then get you to pay for parts/service you don't truly need. "You fix things as needed at whatever mile" per the son. So I drove 7 miles clear opposite direction from my way home after work to give this place a try yesterday. It's totally worth the trip!! I will be taking my car there from now on hands down. It's a feeling of relief I've gained. Priceless. I got an oil change plus inspection done for around $52. Very fair in pricing. Give them a try. I went to the One stop on Brighton after this happened and they didnt have time to do the work I needed.The guy at Brighton called the One stop on Niagara Falls boulevard to ask if they could take my car today. One stop on the Boulvevard said yes, so I drove over .The guy was very helpful to me. I was in for an alignment after replacing a bad ball joint a few days earlier. My steering was way off because of the ball joint issue. One stop on the Boulevard was able to do my alignment within about 10 minutes of my arriving and I was out the door 45 mis later. I saw the guy who did the work take the car for a test drive after, made me feel better .. My steering being off was a concern to me Very good service , nice people..
