I needed a large maple tree removed from my backyard and our tight gate opening didn't allow for…read morelarger machinery. Went with Lopez Landscaping since they had the smaller equipment and manpower to get the job done. The tree was quickly removed but it was a 3 star maybe 3.5 star experience because of the additional work needed to coordinate everything. The good: - competitive quote and they were able to come by quickly to assess the work - flexible in bringing equipment that worked with tight openings - main tree removal was done in 5 hours - removed paver stones so they wouldn't be damaged by machinery - friendly and professional. They accommodated a special request to cut a section for a table The bad: - rescheduling was a huge pain. We had to go back and forth for 3 weeks and I had to proactively follow up to confirm if they were coming - unable to grind the stump as part of the initial quote so had to pay another $400 for them to come back with a different machine - never got an invoice despite asking for one multiple times To summarize, this seems to be a nice family business that has experience removing trees quickly. However, it doesn't appear there is a back office that keeps everything organized so you're going to have to do a lot of work to stay on top of things.

Ervin and his crew are the best. They are professional Arborists. This allows them to control…read moreexpenses and provide competitive pricing for their customers. We had a diseased 60 foot tall maple tree that needed to be removed, before the harsh weather ahead. We got three estimates. Ervin came in 33% below one of them and 14% below the other. He also offered another $300 savings option but we chose to have them do the complete job, through final cleanup. Ervin and his crew arrived on time and quickly and efficiently cut down the entire tree, mulched the smaller branches and chopped the larger, healthy ones into firewood. It was amazing to watch. The Tree Climber was particularly impressive as he skillfully maneuvered throughout the tree. The tree removal was completed in about 5 hours. Stump Grinding and final cleanup were completed within the next two days, as agreed. It was a pleasure to work with an honorable businessman who is true to his word. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I spoke with Moises and he came out to Medford the same day to take a look and give us a quote. I also had him take a look at a couple of diseased trees that I planned to take care of in the spring. He broke it down and explained that the trees should be taken care of sooner because they were in bad shape, to not risk them falling should we get a big wind/snow storm this winter. He gave me a very reasonable quote and a week and a half later he and a team of 3 people came to took care of 4 trees and a full yard clean up. They were fast and professional.
