I'm going to find someone else to go to. Also all this week they've just been telling me they were working on it etc. Not however according to my insurance company! I explained to her that I am on depression medication because of having to have a hysterectomy, and the reason for the blood sugar being where it's at is because of the med. I even explained that I've had pre diabetes before because of being on a depression med. She replied to me that she doesn't think that's why my blood sugar is high and placed me on medication to lose weight. She also kept cutting me off while I was speaking. "NOT COOL!!!" My weight was at 154, and she told me that I'm overweight. "WOW." I am now on a lower dose medication for depression and the pre diabetes is not there anymore. I pray that she didn't treat anyone else like she treated me. "VERY RUDE!!!" They make copies of your insurance card but do not file the claim correctly. I had a bill for $840! I was on the phone with their office...pointless. I called my health insurance and they said her office re-billed ME because THEY were late to file the claim to my insurance, and they refused to pay since they filed it too late. So instead, they kept billing me! It is scandalous! After 2 hours on the phone with my health insurance, I was finally relieved to know I wouldn't have to pay for their office error!

Then I went to see her. I waited for 90 minutes only to be told, "Sorry, I'm running late." Then I found out my appointment was not the well visit but rather the appointment "to establish care." So today I was ten minutes late because of holiday and construction traffic and was told, Sorry, you have to reschedule." I will NEVER return to this office again nor will my husband. Good luck with being treated with respect if you hope to get good patient care.
