When I showed up for the appointment I wanted to clarify what I was paying for. They explained they wanted a copay for the consultation and told me they would also need a couple of hundred dollars after the dr decided which route to go. When I asked if they could send the bill to my insurance they said no. I cancelled my appointment as I was not prepared to spend hundreds of dollars out of pocket. They told me I could never return to the office due to cancelling my appointment. They were also not friendly during this interaction.
