I absolutely love the vibes and ambience of this salon. When you walk in you can just see how aesthetic everything is. All the natural light that comes in from the large windows up front provide a warm and inviting atmosphere as well. Ive been following Vlora to every salon that she's worked at but this is hands down my favorite. And Vlora herself works magic on your hair. Let me start by saying the aesthetics of this salon is so cute! The vibe is very warm and inviting, which is what you want if you're spending hours there for a color and cut service. As far as my stylist goes, I've been following Vlora from Chandler to Scottsdale, and now to this new Phoenix location, which shows how far people are willing to go for her talents. It is hard to find someone who knows how to cut and bleach thick Asian hair, so when you find someone who can do it, you stay with them. I've never been unhappy with my hair after leaving the salon, but if ever it happens, I know Vlora is always willing to make it right. She's also very honest about what is achievable for each appointment (ex: if you have black hair, or significantly long grow out, and you want to be blonde, it may take multiple sessions before it gets to what you want).
