    Thank you to Amery Chevrolet (AC) and their staff! I discovered an SUV on their website introducing…read moreme to what appeared I had been looking for with a specific engine. After reading the online reviews, my first phone call to AC was with Delaney who provided transparent information I needed in response to my questions including who would be available to assist in a test drive once I arrived from the Metro area. When indicating I was not familiar with the area, Sales Associate, Angel, took the time to ride with me (and my son) allowing us to get an accurate feel for the vehicle and educating us about the numerous options of which I was unfamiliar. Once deciding to move forward with the purchase, Angel listened to those terms that were important to close on the transaction. And for those with which he was unsure, there was no hesitation in enlisting John's assistance as AC's Sales Manager. We signed an additional 'We Owe' document with Sales Manager, Lacy, that included those terms ensuring I did not need to be concerned something would slip through the figurative cracks. While waiting on those items to be completed, AC's Service Manager, Julie, talked directly with me to assist in any information update. John and Angel continued to stay engaged during the entire process. After receiving the vehicle, I scheduled a look-over appointment with our long-time personal mechanic of 20+ years. He commented we had made a good decision and it should serve us well. Thanks again, AC!

I told them on Friday at 3:17 in the afternoon that my wife and I will talk it over and let them know. I got back to them on Saturday and told them we would take it. I then got an email from Delaney Pierce, their "business manager" stating that they had two test drives they needed to honor which shocked me. I wrote back to her and told her i will send a down payment now. She did not respond so i called her back. She stated that she must honor the test drives scheduled for today. That is total hogwash. I had the offer and I was wanting to put down my deposit before any test drives. I have purchased over 30 vehicles in my life and never had a more downer experience. One would think, the test drivers would of been told it was sold. I asked a local dealer and he said that they probably had a family member or "Pillar of the community" interested. Delaney also was rude on the phone and lied to me several times, the first being that we had been in contact for several weeks about the truck, which we were not, it wasn't even a week. She also stated that these people were local and i was from out of town..to which i responded, "what does that matter?" My wife and I ended up taking Friday off to come and pick up the truck and they knew that. If you are from out of town, stay away from this dealership. If i would of read all the reviews sooner, I would not have contacted them at all. Live and learn. MIke

    I had the misfortune of buying a new 2022 Chevy colorado 2 weeks before the May 2022 Hail storm…read more My car was severely damaged. Don Johnson Collision in Cumberland did a great job repairing it. Then in January 2023, I hit a patch of black ice and back to the shop we went. I no sooner got it back and I hit a deer 50 feet from where the black ice was! 2 weeks later I hit a deer that took out the passenger side of my truck. Don Johnson's team has fixed my truck 3 times and each time it comes back better than it did when I first bought it. Kerri and Ryan are awesome and always make sure to keep their customers informed. Take it to Don Johnson for repairs. You won't be disappointed.

We were on our…read moreway from the Twin Cities to "open" our Summer home on Madeline Island, when the driver's window went down, but did not come back up! The weather forecast was for rain and snow that weekend and we now had a vehicle with an open window! We pulled into Don Johnson Ford in Cumberland (we were driving a Lincoln), and asked if there was any way that they could look at it, and help us out. They advised that their schedule was full, but they would see what they could do. (We were trying to make one of the very few ferries for the day, so were under a significant time crunch!) Within 45 minutes, they had removed the door and were able to bring the window back up, and then secured it for us! (If they had had the parts, they would have fixed it too!) We made the ferry we were originally hoping for! Logan, Thanks for all you did for us!     Customer satisfaction is not important to the owners if this location. For years getting service or…read moreoil changes at this dealership has been a struggle. They refuse to take any appointments for oil changes and they don't care that customers want appointments. I have gone several times to get an oil change this month to be turned away because they are too busy and can't get it done before they close. So I ask when would be a better time. They always say between 2-3 pm. Yet that's the time I've been coming and I keep getting refused service. I pressed and asked why appointments can't be made and was told it's because the owners don't feel it's necessary. Um clearly the owners are clueless because the customers want it and when customers are being turned away it's clear you need appointments. I was told the owners are aware that customers want appointments but they refuse to do it.

Oscar, our sales person did a great job of setting up test drives, explaining options, etc... It was now closing time, so we all agreed to come back in the morning to try to make a deal. That evening we seen online, other Buick dealers giving $1,000 more than they were offering. We asked for the additional money off our deal, and the MANAGER on duty simply said "NO". Deal done! No sale, no conversation, just no! We left there at 10:30 am and went directly to Valley Buick and by Noon, we had a new Buick. Terrible customer service by the MANAGER!!!!
