Tony and his wife Lisa were who we spoke with and who worked on our Model 3 (2021). Tony himself was the actual installer and to say he went "above and beyond" is an understatement. First off, they were able to get us a great deal for the top-of-the-line XPEL XR Plus tint on all glass surfaces. This meant they did all the windows, the glass roof, even the windshield itself - apparently they are able to put an almost clear layer so it doesn't impact visibility that also still manages to block out a TON of heat. Second, when they first checked over the vehicle, they found a handful of flaws I had not seen (we had just gotten the vehicle only days before deciding we wanted to get tint installed before the summer really kicked off), and showed us before ever getting started to put us at ease with how they were going to handle the vehicle and let us know up front of any issues they found. Third, when Tony got to work, he actually noted that at some point some of the paneling had been hastily re-set into place, and was not correctly re-installed... so he took it upon himself to properly correct the issue, bending fasteners that were not correctly attached into their intended positions... meaning when they gave us the car back, not only was the tint installed perfectly, but the car was technically in even better shape than when we picked it up directly from Tesla's own shop in Dallas since now all the internal panels had been fastened as designed from the factory itself! They even registered the warranty for the XPEL tint so we didn't have to worry about any sort of future coverage should any issues occur with the film itself. In the past, I've gone with other tinters and I've had issues come up years later with peeling, cracking, and tearing, but I have a feeling that this is not going to be happening with Tony's work. I don't think we'll be going anywhere else but Tony's from now on. Now we just need to get a time where we can be without the vehicle for a few more days so we can get PPF + Ceramic coating installed on the body. I recently had a complete stereo system installed in my 2019 Toyota Tundra including the Alpine deck, 10 speakers in the doors and dash, 2 subwoofers w/box, 2 Amps, XM radio, Dynamat on all 4 doors and rear wall, front bumper camera, and all the wiring to make it work. Originally, I planned on installing it all myself and had purchased the all the items but later changed my mind after I realized how much work it was. I had a very disappointing experience with Serene Window Tint - North Dallas. The installer came to me to tint my 2026 Tesla Model Y, and from start to finish, the service was unprofessional and poorly executed. First, he never introduced himself. I specifically requested 20% tint, but the receipt shows 30%, which is not what I asked for. The tint job itself was sloppy -- both front windows had visible bubbles, dents, and debris trapped under the film. The debris is small but scattered and noticeable, making it difficult to even capture in photos. On top of that, he left green tape on the driver's side window, beads inside my vehicle, and more beads scattered all over the ground outside. The cleanliness and attention to detail were completely lacking. I was given a photo of a receipt, not even a proper invoice or email. When I brought up these issues, he immediately made excuses instead of taking responsibility. He told me he doesn't offer refunds and only offered to redo the windows and add a front windshield tint -- but only if I rescheduled. It's unacceptable that someone can come out the same day to get paid, but won't fix their own mistakes with the same urgency. When you call this business out on their poor workmanship, they get defensive instead of making it right -- and that says a lot about their professionalism. I'll be taking my car to Tritek Window Tinting & Paint Protection in Garland Texas to have the job corrected properly. I'm thankful I paid with a credit card and not through Zelle, and I will be disputing the charge. This was a lesson learned -- I will never use a service like this again, and I don't recommend Serene Window Tint to anyone looking for quality work or reliable customer service. It was not offered for the same day, despite the technician being available to do the original job that day. If that's a known risk, it should be explained before the work is done, not afterward when issues arise. * You refer to the photo of the receipt as an "official invoice," but a proper invoice should be sent via email or text immediately, and it should reflect the correct details. Mine shows 30% tint, despite me clearly requesting 20% -- yet this mistake is not even acknowledged in your response, again highlighting a lack of attention to detail. You also did not address the lack of cleanliness. The technician left beads and materials inside my vehicle and all over the parking lot where the service was performed. This shows a disregard for both my property and the surrounding environment Additionally, I am not available to leave my vehicle at your shop -- that's precisely why I requested a mobile service in the first place. I have responsibilities and obligations that require my attention, and your response fails to consider that. Furthermore, your decision to post my full first and last name publicly in your reply is a serious breach of customer privacy and shows poor judgment in handling personal information. To make things worse, after leaving my honest review, the business owner called me from a different phone number (as shown in the attached screenshot) and began ranting, calling me "lame" and trying to argue over the phone. I booked same day with no problem. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about his craft. Windows are clear with 0 glue residue. Prices are the best in the market also, great value for the service quality. I will follow up this review when i get my tint.
