We did a major whole-house renovation with Simmons (over the Christmas holiday and while we were living in the house), tearing down/adding walls, changing the trim, ripping out old dark tile and brown shag carpet and replacing with beautiful white oak hardwoods and lovely light carpet. The flooring installation was impeccable. We also had the interior of our home painted from floor to ceiling, added a secret bookcase door, and the Simmons team renovated a useless sunken second family room into a private suite complete with a kitchen. I cannot say enough about how thankful I am that I found Simmons, and working with Jose was an absolute pleasure. Our house went from VERY dark and terribly dreary to light, bright, and beautiful! We back to a wooded area with western sun exposure. It has made all the difference in blocking the hot evening sun and reducing the pesky insects so we can enjoy our outdoor living space. The salesman/owner Zach was the most professional of all the companies and he took the time to go over options with me and explain how they install. Even sketched it all out on a diagram to provide me with a visual aid. I decided to go with Affordable Glass for my project and I am very glad I did. They had very competitive price and communicated clearly with me throughout the whole process. They installed the glass on the date and time I requested as well and went over care And maintenance with me. When installing there was one bracket missing from the kit and the installer David promised he would be back on Monday to complete. Which he did they called me early Monday to again schedule a time to come back out and install the last remaining bracket. I will refer this company to anybody that I know is looking at doing a project like this. I think some of these other reviews that were negative on here were likely from customers that had sticks up their butts and embellished on how the process went. No effort was made to ensure they didn't dirty the carpet, i.e....no drop cloths, etc. in fact, I had an installer show up in flip flops. Not professional or safe at all!!! These guys are working with heavy glass-flip flops are not only gross, but dangerous. Imagine a cut foot bleeding in your home! I want to like these guys, but unfortunately a lack of professionalism makes this outfit look like a Mickey Mouse business. Just being honest. I am in the construction business and was hoping these guys may do future work for me....won't be happening.

Repairs such as fix molding, repair damaged wood (we have dogs that love the taste of wood), repair doors, and also advise on electrical conditions. Quality touch was one of three estimates we received. But what separates them from the other companies was they could address all our needs. One company, one solution. The other candidates wanted to sub contract the repairs or the painting. This promotes to much confusion and risk of inferior results. The owner, Michael, was the best and most easiest and responsive contractor I've ever worked with. (I'm 60+, so I've worked with many). Throughout the project, repairs came up outside of the original scope of work. They were all mitigated in a professional manner. With the barrage of storms from last week, and this week, we sustained roofing issues, leaky ceilings, and a fireplace vent pipe cap that flew off our rooftop. I contacted Mike this past Monday, and he promptly reached out to me within minutes. I contacted two other roofing companies during the weekend, and none of them have yet to contact me. Mike was able to visit my home yesterday afternoon during the down pour and he was able to assess the root cause of our roofing issues and leak to our entry foyer. Due to yesterday's rain, it was unsafe to fix the items and decided to wait until the following the day until the weather cleared up. Mike and Aiden were able to successfully cover-up a 1.5 inch gap between the bricks and window form board with mortar. Heavy wind and rain gushed in between this opening causing my foyer ceiling and drywall to leak, crack, and peel. In addition, they hammered down a protruding rusted nail in one of our shingles, near the window, and properly sealed it. Lastly, Mike and Aiden were able to successfully affix and place the vent pipe cap on our rooftop which had flown off during the initial storm last week.
