Well, I was expecting the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised by what an easy experience it was!…read moreHowever, a few caveats: Definitely make a reservation beforehand, because they ask you before you even enter the building if you have one. Also, arrive 30 minutes early- for 2 reasons: parking- while there are places around the building to park on the street, good luck finding a space. I ended up simply parking in the garage- which, by the way, costs $20 for 2 hours. Also, you can leave the garage through 2 doors, but those same doors are locked from the outside, so you have to walk all the way around when you leave to get to your car. Upon entering the building, you will be asked if you have a reservation, and you will have to show it to the security guard. Once in, be prepared for airport security- removing all metal, going through a metal detector, and being wanded. For me, anyway, after that, everything was a breeze. Upon entering the 3rd floor, I was again asked if I had a reservation and had to show it to the security guard, who in turn directed me to the kiosk where I signed in and was given a paper ticket. I was given a number that corresponded to a screen. I sat down in a very uncrowded room, and a few minutes later, my number came up; they also sent me a text. I had a very pleasant agent who helped me do a name change on my social security card, and I was done in less than 10 minutes! I headed back down and got in my car, paid for parking on the way out, and was on my way!

I am new to Florida and was using this location to send a next day. The girl behind the counter…read morewore a tattered face mask and was so indignant to the elderly folks that were before me, I hestitated to work with her. When I approached she spoke as if her mouth was full making it impossible to hear much less understand. When I asked the difference in cost between overnight and priority she tossed an address sticker on the counter for me to fill out. I then repeated the question she turned her back to me saying nothing and pointed to the ceiling. Does everyone just look up at the ceiling for information? I then told her I'll take the overnight. She gave me an envelope and pointed to the area to fill out. What a rude obnoxious person the American tax payers are funding her life. I needed to walk away, so I did her the favor and tossed it back at her and I went to the lobby to fill out the envelope. Luckily when I came back I had a young man who was very nice, very helpful. However, she kept telling every customer who would listen how "some people" are disrespectful. Each customer until I walked out had to listen to her mouth. I walked out with a man and he said "She needs a lesson in humanity". I feel bad that anyone has to work with that thing but thanked the young man for his help. It is no wonder this location has a overall very low rating. Florida has a fire-at-will clause, DO IT.

There were plenty of priority mail boxes; unfortunately, there was no machine that would let me pay for postage. An employee, a guy, just happened to be walking out while I was debating on what to do. I asked him about a postage machine or if he knew of a post office nearby where postage could be bought. He said he hadn't seen one of those machines in a long time & he didn't know where I could find one. I was flying home without a lot of extra space. Please get a postage machine.

Well, you have no choice. You must endure the TSA if you want to fly out of the USA. Orlando is pretty much a hit or miss. Expect possible long lines, especially if you don't have pre check. Wait can take as long as 45 minutes or more occasionally. However, if you are lucky enough to have pre check, then it is much faster with about 15 minutes max wait. The scre... er government appointed officers can either be friendly or rude, depending on their mood. If you do have a good or bad experience, you submit an online comment card, where they have a poster right at the people move stations that you scan a QR code. However, do you really think management would read your comments and respond. Maybe if you are really lucky. Before this becomes a political post, it's just best to bring your patience and try to keep a positive attitude. If you are nice to them, most of the time they are nice back. However, if you can't stand the inane policies and hit or miss service, it's then best to try another airport or country (like Mexico or Japan) that does it better.
