That led him to have to get towed. The very nice and polite Officer assisted in every way to ensure the Senior Citizen made it home with car in tow safely. There were two other individuals that assisted and he was taken care of in a timely manner. So Kudo's to both Lisa Kay from Casselberry DMV and Officer Andreone' from the Casselberry Police Dept. for standing up and showing out to a citizen in need. Angelina assisted us, and after verifying the paperwork and accepting the payment, she sent us on our way with a temporary handicapped parking permit. Altogether we spent about 30-35 minutes at the office. For a state-run office, I found it a surprisingly easy process. Note: The foot traffic was steady during our short wait, about 15 minutes until our number was called. Payment forms include credit cards and cash. Plenty of parking is available.

She gave instructions in a harsh, condescending tone that made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Regardless of the situation, everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. The office was empty at the time, so there was no reason for the rushed or dismissive behavior. I would recommend that this location improve both transparency around fees and customer service. Based on this experience, I would not return.

For a student not obeying the traffic laws that might not be such a good thing because they see everything. If there was an incident of concern on campus I would get an email about what happened and almost always a few hours later there would be a follow up email about how the situation was resolved. This semester they have caught a parking lot groper and found lost people. They are on top of everything happening at UCF. This year they made national news when they prevented a potential tragedy when a student who had stopped attending classes and who showed signs of mental illness started amassing guns.
