Do not ever patronize this business. This seemed like as good of a storage place as any, but I was…read moredefinitely wrong. I signed a lease on their website two days ago and have yet to be able to access my unit. Supposedly once you are given a unit number it is outfitted with a combination lock that you will be sent the code for. That did not happen. My unit was sealed with some kind of inaccessible wire-lock with no ability to remove it. After 20 minutes on hold I reached the corporate line and they offered us a different unit the next day and upon arriving to utilize my unit, I noticed it was also outfitted with the same kind of wire-lock. Now not even the corporate line is picking up calls. I have shown up to the front office at least half a dozen times and despite the open sign being on and the hours of operation indicating they were open there was nobody on-site to contact. The lights were on inside, but the door was locked and nobody responded to multiple attempts to knock as well as several phone calls although at some point somebody did walk out of the front office, who is seemingly living there, in order to walk their dog though they claimed to have no idea where the staff was before walking back inside. At this point I just want my money back and my lease broken, clearly this is not a serious place of business. I will be turning off autopay and taking my business elsewhere. Immediately. I will be leaving this review on every other review site because it seems there is absolutely no other way to even contact the people who staff this facility. Oh yeah and be ready for the mandatory $15/month minimum for in-house rental insurance, you won't see it mentioned until you get most of the way through the signing process.
