We took possession of a property with a tank that had an All State sticker…read more I called, left messages, and also sent emails to find out more about the tank. They never responded to any of the calls or online requests. I called our realtor and was told that the tank was owned by the previous property owners. So I called around and had another company fill the tank. 5 months later, I got a call (not sure how they found my phone number) from All State claiming the tank was rented, and I need to pay for another inspection fee, and I wasn't allowed to fill the tank. I refused to do anything until I saw some proof that the tank was not owned, and I argued that I should not have to pay for another inspection fee, especially since most companies don't charge an inspection fee, and the tank was inspected twice within the past few months. Within minutes of the phone call, they sent someone back out and shut off our gas when we weren't home!!!! I called - no answer. I called their emergency number... no answer (comical). They called me back, were super rude and demanded that I empty the tank right away, and they will have it removed the next day. Long story short, I had another provider switch out the tank to one of theirs the next day, and I want nothing to do with this company. I can't believe they left us without gas, hot water, or cook top for two days!! So unprofessional, so rude, and terrible at returning calls. The most interesting thing is that at no time did any of them try to de-escalate the situation or offer any solutions. Just hostile, rude, and unhelpful. So many better options out there.

The man at Westair told me they were just fine and he had many on the dock. So I have to say I was treated with respect as the small bottles are new to me and the guy really was nice.

The staff is what keeps me coming back. All the young ladies there are soooo friendly and helpful and are HARD WORKERS! They are always cleaning, stocking shelves AND they have to work the register. Multitasking at its finest. The mini marts prices are a bit higher, but it's a small business so occasionally I don't mind paying a bit extra for convenience. They have everything you'd find at bigger gas station- chips, candy, instant ramen and drinks, but they also have some specialty imported snacks and alcoholic beverages that you wouldn't be able to find anywhere else. They also have an outdoor filtered water station (50 cents) which is a plus! During snowbird season this place is a godsend. Especially when you're in a rush and want to avoid crowds and people. Overall, I highly recommend checking out Foothills Mini Mart!

All water is filtered. Dumping your black and gray rants has never been easier. They supply everything you need so you don't need to get out your supplies. You can even rinse with no extra charge! It didn't look like much but I needed my tank filled so I pulled in. I was met by a delightful young man who asked if he could help me. I told him I needed a propane tank refill and he told me I had come to the right place. He proceeded to help me remove the tank from my RV and quicker than a flash, it was filled and he had it back and secured on my rig. With a broad smile he asked if he could assist me in any other way. I then asked for directions to get back onto Interstate 10 which he cheerfully gave me ... and I was in my way. I called & left message on Sunday evening, and by Monday morning (on a Holiday no less), Harry called me and told me they'd be out the very next day to refill my tank (which was Tuesday). However, nobody showed and I was a little concerned, so I called & left a message on Tuesday evening and first thing Wednesday morning, Harry called to apologize and also let me know that our RV park had given him the wrong space number (which I confirmed as true, so it was not their fault - it was my own RV park who made the mistake). Harry was gracious enough to schedule me for a special delivery (on a Wednesday), as they normally only service my park on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sure enough, James arrived with his propane truck & took care of business, and the price of the fuel was exactly the amount I expected.
